Surprisingly good. We usually do our Whole Foods run late at night, so we never really get a chance to try their coffee bar until today when we decided to go a little early. There was a line, but we didn’t have to wait long.

Their iced dark chocolate mocha was surprisingly good. Probably the best grocery cafe we've experienced. We would definitely come back to try their other drinks.

Before the pandemic ,this wholefoods location had competent, efficient, and courteous staff. I went to this store (this week) for the first time in 18 months. 1. Alex in the fish department was uncultured. When I ordered fish and requested he simply take the skin off, he was quite rude and refused, said no, it is not possible in a harsh, rude way. Note...I have always made this request and never had such a bad reaction. The staff are newer. They are not properly trained, especially the supervisors. Bottom line the supervisors/managers manage this store like it was a no frills supermarket. The fish guy behaved like a low thinking gangster like person. He has no people skills. The prices of almost everything has raised here , service quality has reduced. Wholefoods corporate, the note and manage your stores better please.

Went to do my regular groceries and pick up a pizza and girl named Shelly in the pizza dept butted in my order taking with another girl working there schooling her on how to take an order from customer and then she had the audacity to criticize me as a customer not to ask questions on pizza making. When I asked for the manager she was starring me down in threatening way until the manager came.I asked her why she is staring at me.She said because I’m looking.I guess there was nothing else for her to do at whole foods and she gets paid to be rude to customers. Manager Ron came with crossed hands and said nothing as I overheard Shelly talking to him about black lives matter. They then accused me of talking about black lives matter which is a lie.She is using the political movement to cover up her rudeness and unprofessionalism towards customers and bringing up political issues at a grocery store ?! All manager Ron said was “do you still want your pizza?”As if it was some kind of gift or I didn’t deserve whole foods pizza. I told him I came for the pizza not for politics and still wanted to get my pizza made and reminded him this is a grocery store not a political podium and asked him if he had anything to say regarding this terrible customer service experience. He said no. I contacted head office and am waiting for their reply. I’ve been going to this location for many years but never had this despicable treatment from an employee or a manager.

I woke up this morning to hear that whole foods has banned employees from wearing poppies because they do not comply with dress code. Poppies are a symbol of remembrance for all the brave men and woman who have and continue to fight for our rights and freedoms that we so enjoy today. Canada is one on the greatest countries in the world because of their sacrifices. If whole foods fails to see the great importance of recognizing and acknowledging these sacrifices they have forever lost my faith, respect and my business. I implore them to reconsider by recognizing the error of this policy and sincerely apologizing to the men and woman who deserve our thoughts, prays and upmost respect. sincerely someone who values our brave men and woman making great sacrifices.

This coffee place is located inside Whole Foods. Great coffee and customer service!

Coffee was good but my experience with the service wasn’t good. I believe they were having some audit so they were busy and no one was taking orders or giving any direction on how to get the coffee and pay for it.

The lady serving me was not good at speaking english, so I ordered something easy to understand. I said I wanted a mango-orange smoothie. Then she said that they didn't have oranges, so I said ok, pineapple. She then took 15 minutes to trial and error my smoothie, and handed me a seven dollar cup of shaved ice and chunks of fruit. She didn't seem to know how to make a smoothie as it wasn't smooth and if you flipped the cup upside down, then the contents would stay as it was! If you dont know how to make a product, then dont sell it!

Some of my friends would choose local small breweries than coffee chains for their quality and effort in making better coffee. But this is perhaps a pretty good chain that makes an exception.I always like to try simple Americano whenever I visit any new place and I'm pretty happy with what I got from Allegro Coffee at Whole Foods.A good layer of crema + organic cream + honey/organic agave/maple syrup and it's only $2.63, this is a fair price of what you pay for.
