Brought my kids and husband to eat dinner to enjoy some good wings. We walked into a refrigerator. The restaurant was dark, freezing cold and no customers. We sat down to look at the menu and couldn't take off our jackets from the cold. We decided to dine elsewhere.

Absolutely no notice on the closure, it has been 3 days now. I placed an order online and when going to pick it up the location was closed.
we called multiple times the following days as well as driving to the location to check the status.
They took my payment even though they are closed. I have no way to request a refund as I havent been able to get in touch with anyone for the last 3 days.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed despite being listed as open. I went back three more times and it was still closed every single time. Meanwhile, my card was charged without any issue.
This is completely unacceptable. If you’re not open, don’t take orders and people’s money. Wasted time, zero service, and no accountability. I will not be ordering here again.

Ash was a awesome, we had great fast service food was hot and fresh.
Great place to stop by for wings after work. If I could give ten stars, I would! Bav and Tanu are always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Awesome owners as well.

Was scarred from a wild wing in Scarborough but this was actually really good. Food was flavourful and the waiter was kind. Interior is pretty outdated but food was good. Most of the reviews are about the atmosphere but I’m not expecting fine dining service or atmosphere at a wing place.
