Im a regular at Willies...Huh...when I tell you that Chef is on point. I ordered curry chicken w white rice and extra gravy. And this issssssshhhh is goood AF. Seriously, being Afro-Indegenous of Turtle Island. I'm impressed with the culunary skills and grace placed in2 the food that is preped...Is PROPER. with me eating num-a-num-a-num. This place is so backwards it’s not even funny. They refused to sell me meat by itself which is an option I get at other Caribbean restaurants. I still tried to give them a chance and went back but they just have no good options for what ppl actually want. They don’t cater to the customer in any way!

Gone here fre times for soup an a meal. Soup is 8$ and if it's soup with meat u get 1 piece of meat and whole bunch of food. Not tasty chicken, beef that I experienced. Counter lady isn't to friendly environment feels the same way. Food presentation an taste not worth the expensive price.

When i called to complain i meet with arguments not even sorry and hang the phone on me . I think it nature of the poeple when not from Jamaica they treat like trash. This is my last time going back to this place. The disrespect is higher and it horrible feeling. ??

Ordered the fry chicken with oxtail gravy, lady says sure. Charges me 13$ for medium. bring it to my car which was parked outside. No oxtail gravy. Dry dry chicken with some sweet sauce. Worst food. Coleslaw was just some carrots and cabbage. No taste. Please avoid.
Attended Willie’s Jerk by Hurontario in Mississauga. Ordered a jerk chicken and friend chicken dinner with extra gravy. Was told by the clerk that they now charge $1.00 for additional gravy. I disregarded the extra gravy and have not returned to this restaurant since January 2024. I understand food prices have increased, however, to charge a customer $1.00 for wata gravy totally turned me off from returning to this eatery.Wanda’s Caribbean cuisine is my new spot. Increase your food prices if need be, charging $1.00 for additional gravy in my opinion is unacceptable.Over 20 years of supporting this franchise. Not any more.Focus on customer service when dealing with individuals.

I called to say I am leaving square one mall to come at 7:23pm asked whats left the lady said fry chicken, jerk and oxtail. I rush to go there, arrive at 7:33 (still within closing window seeing as they close 8pm) I can see the lady and she saw me not only pulling up but park my car to walk in and she then decides to walk to the backClose the door and not answer the phone, complete WASTEOf my time rushing and driving if she had said she’s closing now I would have just not bothered, so for that HORRIBLE customer service and I will never be eating here again

I ordered a medium Jerk chicken with oxtail sauce. They punched it in and argued they can't put sauce in a cup on the side at request of it instead of on rice. It was explained to me only for fried and curry chicken, and I can have that next time. No wonder Bogotà doesn't have Jamaican restaurants. Go across the street to Charlies people. Better people over there.

In my opinion, Willys in Mississauga has the Best of Jamaican food in Mississauga.But, I can only speak for the Curry Chicken and Jerk Chicken. Both I have had many times. It is so good, I haven't had any reason to sample any other of the Menu items.
