Tried a range of dishes, from the house steamed noodles to the cumin lamb bun and spicy shortrib noodles. All were terrific, service and hospitality went above and beyond, incredibly kind people and a business you should support along with many of the other restaurants in this plaza.

The cumin lamb bun is one of the most unique sandwiches I've had...from the bread to the filling, it's an experience!

Also tried the special cumin lamb stir fried noodles. Those were great too.

The customer service is great, the owner is really sweet and gave us complimentary hot tea/water.

I will definitely be back for the sandwich!

I got the pork hot green pepper bun to go. I wouldn’t say it’s spicy but it was seasoned very well and I enjoyed it quite a bit. For the price, portion size and quality I think it was really good. I also liked that they packed the bun in an aluminum based wrapper which helped keep it warm. I’ll definitely be back to try their lamb bun and the pork noodles since the other reviews seem to praise those.

Also they do 5% off for cash purchases so keep that...
