Horrible experience, took order for tapioca for brown sugar milk tea, but didn’t have it so replaced it with strawberry popping boba, which made overall taste really bitter, tea itself was bitter. Also got cookies and cream frozen yogurt which did not taste good. Bad service-would not recommend.

My family and l love going to get frozen yogurt at this location. The staff is quick and friendly. The manager, Yolanda is wonderful and always makes an effort to give that customer service. We always order our regular order and the staff including Yolanda always knows. She always makes a great experience each time. Vanilla frozen yogurt with chocolate curls, strawberries and coconut! Thanks to an amazing staff!

I visited Square one location, I messed up my order but the girl on Cash named Sunny she helped me and fixed my order, she is very nice and gave us good customer service. Drink is also good too.

I had the passionfruit green tea and my friend had the taro milk tea. Both of the drinks were super good, the service was good, and the drinks were made really fast. Cant wait to come back to try some of their slushes

Love there customer service ? I had the red velvet was good & the mango frozen yogurt was amazing . Oh, and the cheesecake with strawberries was so good . I recommend buying from there . We wanted to add more toppings like red velvet cake they were nice and added more

The yogurt is fine but the so called bubble tea is just like sugar water with power.. with this on special buy two for 10.00, we cannot even finished half of it but to throw it to the garbage can, sorry but I must have to be honest with this, just stick with what you are good at and don't spoil the reputation with some other product you are not.

Pretty good drinks with great prices! The ice cream is pretty overpriced but other than that the store is pretty good. Most of the staff is nice, I think sunny and Karen were the ones that stood out! They make the drinks fast and have tons of options! The sizes are beyond amazing and I can’t wait to come back :)
