I've been here on several occasions with friends, and it's always been fun.Rooms are amazing, compact with just the right amount of spaceMics are great quality, making your voice crisp & clear. Even if you aren't the best singer, you'll still sound great with the micsFood and drinks are very tasty. Got your classics like coke, beer, peanuts, and edamame, but if you're extra hungry, they have ramen and full meals for people.However, I would say service is a little slow, especially if you're ordering food, it can take a while. Between 15 to 30 mins, one entree can arrive.Overall, it's an awesome karaoke bar. I'm most definitely coming back again with friends

Not the greatest service. And when your paying 14 dollars for a mix drink with alcohol make sure they make it in front of u with the shot off alcohol from the bottle...I tasted all the drinks my girl and her friends had...there was no trace of alcohol except 1 drink had some...so basically your paying 14 dollars for a glass of juice...the guy was kool and friendly but one girl seemed very rude. Its seems she jus did not like us and ripped us off all night serving us alcohol drinks with no alcohol and paying ridiculous prices...will not come back here...make sure u watch them put the alcohol from the bottle into your drink or they will rip u off...and not only did I not taste no alcohol...my girl and her friends are light weights when it comes to drinking...and all off them were completely sober when we left after having multiple drinks.....dont trust the service here...go somewhere else

The place is really nice. People there are very friendly. The private karaoke rooms are awesome!!! And the food there are unexpectedly delicious!!! Also, the lounge is really good for party of 20+ people!!! But you better make reservations one week ahead to make sure you get a room.
The short version: If you don't drink wine and you don't plan on singing, then you might really like the place. The long version: Overall I was extremely disappointed. First off, they do not sell wine by the glass. You have to purchase a whole bottle and after their 30% upcharge, the total came to $77.00 for one bottle of Yellow Tail wine. That's almost $20 for a 6oz glass. Incredible. My second complaint was the karaoke system. Like other reviewers said, the search utility is useless. We tried searching "White Wedding" in both song list and by artist but it was not coming up. Nothing that we searched was found through the search system. But then we found some of the songs (including White Wedding) just by scrolling through the entire list, which was not even in alphabetical order at times. It was so frustrating as most of the popular songs we looked forward to singing were not to be found. It may be different for other languages but in English, don't count on finding your favourites. Having said that, the venue was comfortable and the washrooms were very nice and clean. Other than the song search issue, the karaoke system was easy to use and easily adjustable for lead vocals, volume, echo and key. I did like that. But it wasn't enough that I would ever go back for a second visit. I hope others have a better experience.

This was my first time ever going to a karoake place! I’ve always seen the lounge when going shopping at Btrust so I was super excited to finally go with friends - we were there from 9 PM to past 12 AM. The atmosphere inside was very aesthetically pleasing and the food was pretty good too. I went with a pretty big group of people so the room definitely got super hot ? Sound system was amazing; would be even better if there were more mics (there was just 2).

The rooms and service are nice. However, the karaoke system is difficult to navigate and doesn't have a lot of new songs, plus everything is overpriced and you get scammed on your receipt.
My friends and I used to come here a lot and I am going to be honest the service has gone downhill. The service was awful, the girl working there didn’t even bother checking up on us, we had to keep going to get her. Not only that but the pitcher we ordered felt like it was watered down juice and we paid $80… save your money and find another bar in the gta. I rather go to karaoke bars in North York or even high zone.

I went here last Saturday to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We originally reserved a private room but were offered the lounge over the phone. When we arrived, we realized the lounge was very big and not as private because of the open entranceways and public bar/reception service. We weren’t able to switch rooms because it was fully booked that night after switching our original reservation. Nonetheless, the manager, Edwin, was very kind and apologetic. He understood our desires and disappointments and did everything he could to make sure my boyfriend’s birthday was special by offering additional benefits with our package purchased. He also said we would be immediately transitioned to a room if and when available, which happened!Thanks Edwin for the amazing hospitality and making the experience much better. We look forward to coming back and trying out the YouTube function for my birthday in the following month!Parking: The Karaoke Lounge is located in a big plaza with plenty of free parking.
