We came here for dinner with some friends and my kid liked it so much he requested we come back the following day (and we did). The space is bright and spacious. Both days there was no waiting for a table, service was good. The first day we ordered the fried chicken and grilled chicken bao (the bao was very soft, meat was seasoned perfectly and went well with the pickled veg), beef stew noodles and beef stew banh mi (the stew was very flavourful and the portion was generous but the star was the bun, when you bite down on it, you get that crunch from the crust and then it was super soft in the inside, I could just eat the bun on its own), and the shrimp fresh roll (the roll was dry and a bit hard, there wasn't a lot of flavour). The second day we ordered more baos (grilled chicken, fried chicken, and five spice pork belly), Pho beef rib (the meat was incredibly tender and falls off the bone, the broth tasted clean), Grilled chicken on rice (the meat was very tender and juicy and delicious), and calamari (the squid was tender, however, I find the breading a bit thick). Overall we enjoyed the food and will definitely add Yum's kitchen in our rotation of restaurants.

I don't easily give a review this positive, but the food here is outstanding. 5 star worthy.
I don't normally eat at the restaurant more than once unless it's very good. I've had food here 4 times so far. I brought my friends here, and they all love it.
Vermicelli, the banh mi is so delicious. The whole plate has great harmony.
Good service and a beautiful Vietnamese interior.
Food is a not cheap but also not expensive. Good value for money
Please do not become complacent, keep up the excellence, I would be very sad to ever see you guys do worse than this. Thank you

Chicken banh mi is one of the best I’ve had. Pho is incredible!
Stopped by to eat lunch. They have traditional taste which I like. Not fusion Vietnamese. Worth trying out.

Took myself here for a quick bite to try something new! The owner was absolutely fabulous and answered all my ignorant questions about Pho so kindly and all the waiters were so friendly and helpful. He recommended the beef brisket and it was exquisite! The broth blew my mind away with the flavours and the beef was cooked wonderfully. The owner also gave me tea which is free and it was so amazing, I’d never tried anything like it! I live in Milton but I will definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend!!

Found out they had Banh Mi and walked in to get takeout. Was helped immediately, the lady at the counter recommended a few options and I went with the Classic and the Beef.
Both were tasty and I’ll definitely be returning. The baguette was crisp but very easily chewed and the sandwiches did not break apart while I was trying to eat them. Veggies were fresh and meat filling was tasty.
The price was great here, cheaper than Subway for two similar size sandos and much better quality in every way.
Will be going back to try more menu items.
A strong recommend for this place.

Love the banh mi's and their avocado shake.
The service as great and the restaurant is very nice and clean. I ordered a pho and a mango matcha latte, the matcha latte was great but the pho was okay ok bc the noodles were a bit hard, slightly undercooked maybe. But the broth was otherwise good and they were generous with the toppings. Would like more evenly cooked noodles though.

I have tried this restaurant for the first time. The place is very clean, especially the condiment tray, comparing to other Pho places. The environment is quiet and comfortable with not too many tables. Service is excellent that the staff explain things in details to help you choose your meal. As for the food, I ordered the beef stew pho and two fresh rolls. I am carb conscious and It came as a huge bowl that we couldn’t finished. It contains good amount of meat and vegetable. Taste is good and price is fair. I had Viet coffee previously not to taste, hence I only drink the tea that is offered for free. There are many variation of coffee and drinks I will try next time. I also bought Banh Mi with cold cuts for taking home. The bun is crisp outside after warm up, there are lots of pate and smell aromatic. I wish there are more pickle veggies to cut the fat.

Came to this restaurant for the first time. The waiter offered me to have Pho with beefbones, and it was amazing. I struggled a bit with the bones, but the services (really nice guy) and the taste were awesome!

This was my first experience with this place and I was totally knocked out. When I started opening the takeout containers, my mind was blown! These guys take Beef Seriously. Melt in your mouth good…and the broth…heaven. I could go on but you just gotta try it for yourself. TODAY
