I really wanted to like this place, but after this delivery experience, I’m officially done.

I ordered dinner for a small gathering, thinking I’d treat everyone to something nice. Big mistake. The delivery showed up over 90 minutes late with no heads-up, no apology, and zero effort to make it right.

When I called the restaurant to ask what was going on, the person on the phone acted like I was being unreasonable for even asking. They gave me vague answers like “it’s on the way” and then rushed me off the phone. No empathy, no solution, just attitude.

When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best—like it had been sitting in a car for ages. And to make things worse, one of the main dishes was completely missing. When I called back to ask about it, they flat-out told me, “There’s nothing we can do about that right now.” Seriously?

Look, mistakes happen. But the way a business handles them says everything. And this place? They didn’t even try.

Won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest you don’t either—unless you enjoy cold meals and even colder customer service.

Honestly, I didn’t realize invisible ink was part of the dress code, because the staff sure acted like we were completely invisible. From the moment we walked in, it was a masterclass in how not to treat customers.

We stood awkwardly at the entrance while three different employees glanced at us, then went back to chatting behind the counter. When we were finally seated (without so much as a hello), it took ages for someone to come take our order—and even then, it felt like we were bothering them.

Water? Never came. Silverware? Had to ask twice. The food arrived cold, and no one checked on us the entire meal. It was as if customer service had been wiped from the training manual completely.

I get that places get busy, but there’s a big difference between being short-staffed and just being downright rude and careless. This place was the latter.

Unless you enjoy paying to feel like an inconvenience, I’d suggest literally any other restaurant.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve encountered in a long time.

From the start, the staff acted like they were doing us a favor just by acknowledging our presence. No smiles, no greetings — just an annoyed “What do you want?” energy all around. It took forever to get our order taken, and when we politely asked for an update after waiting almost 40 minutes, the server actually snapped at us and said, “We’re busy, okay?”

No apology, no explanation — just attitude.

To top it all off, they got one of the orders wrong, and when we mentioned it, the server argued with us instead of just fixing it. By that point, we were too frustrated to even bother trying to salvage the night.

A restaurant can have average food and survive if the service is warm and welcoming. But when both the attitude and the service are this bad? It’s a hard pass from me.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority at this restaurant.

We were left standing at the entrance for nearly ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us, despite staff walking past multiple times. When we were finally seated, our server barely made eye contact, seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu, and disappeared for long stretches at a time. We waited over 30 minutes just to get drinks, and even longer for our food—without any explanation or apology.

What made it worse was the dismissive attitude. When we politely inquired about the delay, we were met with eye rolls and curt responses. No sense of urgency, no basic courtesy. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.

The food might have been decent (though not worth the wait), but the way we were treated overshadowed everything. If management doesn’t take their customer service seriously, I don’t see this place lasting long. Would not recommend

Please do not buy from this restaurant, they literally had hair on my food. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered food from this hotel and found hair and a small stone in the pizza.
Please do not buy food from here. The staff are also very rude and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience.

I was a fan of this pizza, always ordered it to my work through ubereats especially with their buy 1 get 1 free then all of the sudden my last two orders went to the garbage!! I mean I spit my bite that’s how bad their pizza become!!! Too bad! Either they changed management, changed chef or have a staff that don’t care and very dirty. My pizza lately is coming with too much burned char at the bottom and you could tell it’s not done well. The taste of the dough is bad too. Donno what happened to this place.

I was really craving a fired pizza, and we were nearby. I'm glad we found it! Pizza was really good and flavorful, and price super reasonable.

The food was terrible. I ordered a margherita pizza and a chicken pizza, and both were extremely disappointing. The flavors were bland, the crust was soggy, and the overall quality was far below expectations. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

This pizza is so good I couldn't wait to get home to grab a slice. The dough is perfection. Definitely Napolitano style. And it's a generous size. We got the Mushroom pizza which was so good with truffle oil but the mushrooms could use a little salt and more garlic. The Spicy Pepperoni pizza was amazing. Will definitely be back! This is a pizza I will crave. Yummmm
