A very bad restaurant, I do not recommend it at all, bad service, a miserable experience, terrible food. The owner of the place is a Syrian man, according to what I think, with a sullen frown, as if he was distributing food for free.

I have visited the restaurant four times and at the beginning the food was fresh and tasteful. The past two visits, quality deteriorated big time. Today Tuesday was the worse, the Shish Tawook was cold, dry and clearly reheated, rice was cold as well. I am not sure what causes this! It is unfortunate that the food quality went downhill. Even music is being played from kitchen as well as dining area. i am very disappointed, was hoping that restaurant keeps up with the quality snd taste that it started with instead of eating dry overburnt reheated Chicken.

Unfortunately the staff made the experience worse because of their lack of communication and experience, food wasn't bad but they don't bring it all together, it was a little cold, you have to ask for bread they don't serve it with the grills, we ordered drinks they didnt bring it we had to ask a couple of times for them to eventually getting us. They need more coordinations and they also need a tough management to control the chaos. Not the best vibes, the tables and chairs are dirty, music too loud and the restroom isn't clean. Not highly recommended!

I took a seat at 12:50 then for another 10 -15 minutes waited for a waiter, keep in mind breakfast ends at 1pm. After that it was 1:10 They said sure after asking because we have been sitting since 12:50, they said sure but then a couple minutes later refused to serve us breakfast so we left without anything.The time before that we went there in the afternoon and ordered Hummus, BBQ kebab and a couple other things. They didn't not give us bread to use for the hummus and expected us to ask. The food overall was alright but I know for a fact there is room for way more flavor.

Shame on people for treating them like this and this place called Awala Restaurant The food is brought out gradually. Every 5 minutes, a plate is brought out, and until all the orders are placed, the first plate will be cold. Sorry for this description, but to be honest, this is what we saw I hope you focus on the service and quality of food The table next to me sat for half an hour and did not talk to them, and when they came to ask, I told them that breakfast time was over. The man told them that for half an hour, they also coldly told the employee that the time had passed, and it was pictures of the food, and it was back to how it was.
We came here today for breakfast and were so disappointed by the discourteous staff who sent us back saying they have the whole place booked for an engagement party. If the place isn’t open to general public either there should be a notice outside the door or the place shouldn’t say “OPEN” Also this is the age of digital media. We searched this place through Google so they could hve put a notification saying they are closed from morning till afternoon. So very disappointed. The staff didn’t even bother offering take out. We arrived at 9:45 and were told the event will start at 10:30. The whole place was empty. Literally empty. And we were sent back.

One of the worst experiences. We walk in, and we could hear couple of employees having an altercation on the side. Although that the place was mostly vacant, we couldn't choose a table of our preference. We had to sit on a by the wall small side table since we were only 2 ppl. Fine, not a biggy. The food took a while to be served. We had the mixed BBQ which tasted ok. We also tried the kebbeh with yogurt, and it was tasteless and bland. The place doesn't serve any pop/soda, and it takes 20 min to bring you a small plastic bottle of water which comes at a charge. They also charge for any extra bread. The service is terrible to say the least. Never going back.
Parking: Huge plaza with a myriad of restaurants. Kinda difficult to get in/out and find a parking spot.

What made our evening even more special was the exceptional service provided by Ahmed. His attentive and friendly nature ensured that our needs were always met, making our dinner truly memorable.
Place is little bit noisy but if you want to enjoy the authentic food ignore it.
I highly recommend Zain Al Shame Restaurant for its outstanding cuisine and top-notch service. We can't wait to come back!

Food was an absolute wow, We ordered Fattet Soujuk, Mansaf, and Mixed Grill all tasted heavenly One small commit on rice with mixed grill was a bit heavy on cloves! a bit less cloves would be really appreciated All together I do recommend this joint for a taste of authentic home cooked Syrian meal
