I recently visited ZOUP and encountered a small issue during my visit. However, the way the manager, Sid, handled the situation completely turned it around for me. From the moment he stepped in, Sid was calm, composed, and extremely professional. He made sure everything was up to the mark and went out of his way to provide me with the best service possible.
What really stood out was his communication—he didn’t just address the issue, he genuinely listened and responded with empathy and understanding. The way he managed the situation showed true leadership and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Sid wasn’t just trying to fix a problem; he was ensuring that my overall experience at ZOUP remained positive.
In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Sid is a true asset. His proactive attitude, attention to detail, and calm demeanor made a lasting impression on me. As someone who also works in customer service, I truly admire the way he handled everything with grace. ZOUP is lucky to have him, and I left the place not just satisfied, but genuinely happy. I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately I didn’t see the review about the chicken noodle soup before I ordered it. I have exactly the same experience. No taste, chicken tastes really bad. Pasta tastes really old for me. We also got 2 sandwiches and for me they were both bland. The only good thing they have it’s the organic lemonade.
Update: we went one more time to the place and I got broccoli cheddar soup. And we got a Turkey pepper jack sandwich. I was impressed that it was really good. Today all the food was delicious and not bland. So, it might be just a chicken noodle soup. Other things are really good. 👍🏻

Came here to try some soup. I’ve seen this place around and never got to trying it, so today was that day and I’m honestly so glad I did. This place does not even compete with panera bread because their food is literally top tier and so was the service. We walked in they offered us if we wanted to try any soups o tried the lobster bisque and my partner tried the baked potato and enchilada soup and it was so delicious we ended up getting all the soups we tried as they were phenomenal. This place definitely deserves more customers and I will definitely be coming back. Panera is crossed of my list and Zoup is added to my list now 😍😍 thank you to Glenn and the other worker that was with him for being so friendly and welcoming. can’t wait for the next time I come here to explore more items 💕 100/10

Literally ordered a pepperoni flatbread . It’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m so frustrated. I had a lunch break.. seen this place pictures looked decent. The pepperoni is disgusting. Look at how they just threw the cheese on. It is so gross … $40 on this meal … and meal loooked like this
The food was so fresh and the staff were super accommodating. You could litterly taste the freshness. Best spot in the plaza for sure 👌 👏

Love zoup and the food is so good and fresh. Just wish they would do an adjustment on the bread they use. The grilled cheeses are too soft and mushy and the sandwiches the bread is waaay too hard. Other than that zero complaints! Great prompt service. The soups are my favorite :)
