I asked for a drink refill (which cost them about 2 cents) and I was told flat out no. This is the first McDonald's I've been to that won't just give you a free refill. On top of that my husband's burger was served without the bottom bun, like what?

They now cheat you for mcflurrys they give you a cardboard box which makes it look full after mixing but it's really just under have for 5.00 now rip us off some more , the food quality is really sloppy and fries taste like they were sitting all day long I go for lunch becasue of my time limit it's mc Donald's or subway you can only eat so many subs Again McDonald's worry more on drivethru times then counter service it's really sad that thr higher ups only care how much profit they make and don't care anymore on customer service and food quality

I can't fathom how they charge me 15 bucks for stale fries and as burger drowned in ketchup and mustard. My expectations were low because it's mcdonalds but holy hell guys.

Wow, great job guys! We stopped in last weekend and WOW, the wife and I were super impressed by not only the fast service, but the taste of the food here was beyond both of our expectations of a McDonald's.
You can check my previous reviews, I'm not too fond of many McDonald's service - but you guys are setting the bar high for other establishments.

Still look after drive thru more than counter. 5 people waiting for food,but food going out to drive thru.

They really need to work on food quality and quantity. I have been to other Mac Donald’s, never had any complaints. Last night i did drive thru for vanilla cone and the amount of ice cream on it was not the way other Mac Donal’s serve. There are always at least 5 to 6 lines of ice cream on cone. Very disappointing.
