This is definitely the place if you’re looking for a surprise because u definitely won’t get what u asked for. Forget about the drive though even if your the only one there u will be told to park and wait they have even forgot they told me to park and I was left waiting 15 min watching the entire line get there food then had to walk in and wait and after that they still managed to give me the wrong order a total of 25 min later I walked out with my 2 chicken nugget happy meals and seriously got home kids took there food and no sauce lol so

Terrible service they intentionally ripped me off this morning for $7.00 suddenly forgetting that their breakfast wraps come with 2 hash browns..so I buy 2 wrap meals and an extra hashbrown so I should of received 5 I total but alas, only got 2 at 2.49 a.piece, That's like 8 bux tax in Scam artist thrives, ill NEVER go there again

When our order was taken we ordered a banana muffin and they punched it in, then we ordered a fruit muffin and then they said they only had brownie muffins left, we said okay and ordered two brownie muffins, Then when we got up to the window and they didn’t say a word to us, the only word that was said was him yelling at his coworker. They handed us our smoothies and then one muffin and then slammed the window in our face, we tried to get their attention because we hadn’t got our second muffin yet, They told us they only had one brownie muffin which they did not tell us before hand, we drove away and checked how much we got charged and it turns out they charged us for both muffins and only got one. Horrible service and every time I go a word is never said they have horrible customer service.

Very rarely do they make your coffee or tea accurate. Get more wrong than right and I was going every morning so that's saying something. Customer service started really nice but has become rude.

I pleased the order tonight . But i am not happy . this is disgusting i ordered sweet chili chicken and one habanero chicken.and i chose the drive thru. First they made me wait in the drive thru.And was not busy there. I was given the wrong order which had meet in it. Not good service not happy 👎

Ordered food through the order kiosk. Get my order home to find out that they subbed some of my order without telling me due to them not having the items I ordered. Subbed for items that are worth less money, and no one wants. Funny how so many other items were labeled as unavailable, but the ones I didn't get showed as available. If you don't have an item, take it off the list. If not, at least tell the customer before putting other items in their bag with the expectation that they should just accept what they were given.
