Yesterday I was there for the pumpkin fest and I ate poutine in Beaver tails and if I’m being most it was a pretty good poutine I had a lot better poutines in the past but this one wasn’t too bad! The service was really quick I just wish there were more seats to enjoy the food.

Got 2 overpriced pountines for 2 adults. Frozen fries used were undercooked. Soft and mushy..tasted like they use same oil for the beavertails. Tasted like a donut with gravy and curds on top.
Won't be back.

45 minute drive with 6 people to get beaver tails, says they are supposed to be open but they are closed.

Franchise owner gives Beavertails a bad name. Shrinkflation taken to the extreme. Beavertails were undercooked and, no exaggeration, half the size of Beavertails at any other location. Beware.

Bought three ice cream cones for just under $20. A single scoop was about the size of a 1/8th cup. The double scoop didn't look much bigger either. We were told "most of the ice cream is in the cone". The cones were easily 4 times the size of the ice cream scoop(s). Save your money and buy a container of ice cream at the grocery store.

I went to the Prescott location July 21 after my son's soccer. I ordered 2 beaver tails Anne I ordered at 719pm. I didn't get them until 749. 30 minutes in line was absurd. People who came after me for their before me. I was ready to Go all for my money back as soon as they called my order. Not pleased

Came on July 29thDefinitely worth the 1.5 hour drive there and back to Upper Canada Village just for the food at the BeaverTails hut, fantastic food... thanks ladies :)
Beaver Tails at The Sugar Shack. Bought some fresh maple syrup while I was there.
Had the shiny snow covered hills breakfast platter toasted with cinnamon sugar the crystals melt in your mouth so tasty and the kicks cereal would be a great idea on the side Carmel or chocolate flavored but I only had take out once
Beware. These beaver tails are 1/3 their usual size here for the same cost
