We visited your store today around 4:05 PM to buy some items. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff at the front.When we asked for ketchup and an empty cup, the girl at the front counter ignored us, rolled her eyes, and continued talking to another staff member instead of assisting us. Thankfully, a male staff member from the back came to the front and helped us.We understand that staff can be busy, but treating customers with respect and basic courtesy is essential. If you want to retain and attract more customers, please ensure your staff are trained to treat everyone equally and professionally.

30 mins to get a burger. Very very slow service. They are too busy talking each other instead of taking the orders.

Just couldn’t believe that a Burger King on the highway would be shut down at 9 o’clock at night…

While waiting for my order I saw the worker picking his nose then handling food multiple times . I left and didn’t wait . Horrible to see and no longer will be eating fast food anywhere .its seems to be an epidemic with hygiene problems everywhere

We asked for a specific burger and they gave us something completely different and when we went to the front desk to make the claim, the person was dismissive and not willing to admit the error and just said that they could not do anything else as the product had already been given to us. Anyway, I recommend not buying from this establishment, I've been to other Burger King restaurants which were not good either but this is by far one of the worst I've been, I think it makes a great damage to the brand.

Very rude young cashier/host that ruined my afternoon with her inability to listen correctly and take the right customer's order.
Why such people still employed while many are lining up for a job??

Worst burger I ever had. Fake onion rings. Dasani water basically filtered sewer water. Burger was not hot. Did not taste like meat. Not sure if they changed it or it's only here...I'd stop elsewhere.

It took them 20 minutes to make my order (a simple sandwich and fries) and then they gave me the wrong order and forgot the fries.
