Stopped in there on a ride Sat. the 26th of July. Was happy to see the line for food was shorter than the line for Ice Cream. The guy at the window seemed unimpressed to be working, took my order and it was filled relatively quick. When I looked at my 8 dollar poutine I was disappointed right away. The portion size compared to what we can get in Ottawa was small, cheese curds were large which was great and the gravy was the real disappointment. Not the thick dark gravy I like, it was more like canned gravy maybe a St.Hubert or Swish Chalet. The fries were great but the reason for the 2 star. Greeting, portion size and gravy knocked the entire experience down for me.
We are visiting family in the area and decided to stop in and try out docksyde for supper. Sadly the food is subpar at best, the burger and fries are both frozen and definitely not quality.. the service however was good and the food was hot.. I’ll give them that, the location is also great being along the St.Lawrence river.. however I would say I’ve had a better burger and fries at McDonald’s..
Ice cream was delicious. Great choice of flavors and you get lots for your money.
$50 meal, no tray to carry everything no napkins with our meal. The burger is a box burger from the grocery store.... for 12 bucks. Only thing good is the fries. Guess its better than the water down vinegar from last year.
Served raw chicken strips.

It was our first time there, I loved everything, the only reason why a 4 is because I can't give a 4.5 ... the fries were on the cool not hot but not warm but still eatable... we will be returning... we also had ice cream and OMG .. we took the double it was humongous.... the service was very friendly the 2 younger women both had smile and cheerful.

Hubby and I stopped here for a large fries. We ordered and thought fries take 5 minutes. They kept asking the guy in front of us what his order was. Asked him twice. Didn’t ask us at all. We’d been waiting 15 minutes by this point. They finally had our fries and didn’t ask if we want ketchup or anything. We ordered a large for $7 and I think we got a small. It was the smallest fry order we’ve gotten from a chip truck. They then complained about being tired. Like I really care. On top of it all, our fries were store bought, stone cold. They probably sat there for all 15 minutes. There were 4 working and not one person gave two sticks for customers. Wouldn’t come here again if it was the last place. Location is great but service was a 0. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Ordered large fries. Pretty sure we got small fries. Waited 15 minutes and they were cold. Kept asking one guy what he was waiting for then complained he was tired. Wouldn’t go there again nor recommend. Probably the worst food truck experience ever.

If you see people waiting that haven't ordered a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. We understand you are busy but at the same time we want to be acknowledged . I saw 5 customers, including myself, walk away because we were being ignored.

Boys inside were very pleasant but understaffed. It took 30min for a pogo hot dog and fry. Will try again.
