I order on the app almost exclusively. I have not had my order correct for the last 6 months. Simple orders, nothing extravagant. Also I am ALWAYS parked off to the side at the drive through even though there are no other cars behind me and when ordering a simple burger and fries! I can be patient and understanding but it's getting pretty darned annoying!

I have been coming here for years & the quality has never been so poor as when I ordered tonight. The poutine sauce was burnt and tasted disgustingly sweet/burnt/thick/inedible. When we tried to speak to the young lady working at the drive through to address the problem, she had a terrible attitude and kept making a million excuses for why the sauce did not taste good instead of trying to fix the problem. Overall disgusting food & service this evening & strongly caution to not order a poutine at this location.

Didn't have any of the issues with waiting for our order inside, like other reviews. Got our large order quickly, and the food was great. Our cashier was in training so maybe they've been hiring.

Listening skills are very much lacking in this store. The staff is so rude and they are terribly slow and make you feel like your the problem.

Outrageously inappropriate female supervisor. Just a terrible and negative attitude dealing with staff and for staff to see. Second time observing this! Put her in a non customer facing role. Please. When your staff are embarrassed by a Supervisors conduct this should be a 9-1-1.
This location is always out of the proper happy meal toy and instead substitutes a junk leftover toy without saying anything. So not the toy on the computer display menu or the actual posters in the store. Two disappointed kids today.
For some reason the changed there hours to say they are open till 11pm (a couple weeks ago it said 10pm) drove all the way there for them apparantly be closed
Then I seen a couple with a kid running there in the pouring rain 🌧️ (I assume they seen the new time change also) and that's what prompted me to re-rate them

This is the worst mcdonald by far. If you are looking for a McCafe drink, don't bother. Their machine is broke 95% of the time. If you get fries with your meal, they are hot. They are almost certainly going to be mixed with ice cold ones as well. I enjoy McDonald's. I frequent them quite often. Of all The Times I have been at this location, I think I have had one good experience. Most of their staff are only there for the paycheck, and it shows. There is no sense of urgency to Take orders or serve customers. The last few times I have been in, it's just been a group of unhappy people going through the motions With maybe one friendly person trying to do everything. If you're coming in off the 401, it's well worth the drive to just go up to prescott instead

Dietary restrictions: Celiac, no issues with fries or hash browns. Don't eat the rest of the food.
