Closing dining room at 7:50 so we couldn’t eat with our group. They blamed it on not enough staffamd needing to ‘clean it’ but were clearly power tripping. In the end we got our meal and ate in a cramped up area near the cash, and they hadn’t started cleaning the dining area. Brutal and unprofessional.

Had a really disappointing experience at the Morrisburg McDonald’s with the manager, Andrea. We went through the drive-thru and asked for water cups. We were told no large cups due to Monopoly, which was fine, but we asked for a medium McCafé cup without a sticker and the drive-thru employee kindly said they could make it work. When we pulled up, the manager started gesturing and arguing with the employee where we could see her. The employee then told us they could only give a small cup of water.
After leaving, we noticed the muffins we ordered were clearly from the previous day. My husband went inside to politely ask for fresh ones, but Andrea ignored him, served other customers, and even walked away. When she finally helped him, she was rude and shoved the muffins at him.
The drive-thru employee was friendly and professional, but the manager’s behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of service we expect from McDonald’s.

The server at the counter and who also delivered to the table was one miserable person my transaction number 1LN8376V18 and also I went to counter to get ketchup and she grabs a handful of 20 ketchup and put on the counter when two to three would have been fine not the person I would have working for my business. I find all the staff to be fantastic except her

Went to this mcdonalds in morrisburg and the manager was so rude. Went at 4:40 October 8th 2025. I got my order and when I asked for bbq sauce the manager huffed and slammed the window. The very nice girl who handed me my food was mortified. She apologized for the manager. Insane that a worker has to apologize for the manager. Hey lady, you dont like your job, quit. Don't take it out on your customers or workers.
The manager stood in the kitchen with a complex like I’ve never seen in the service industry. She was yelling at staff and being super sarcastic while giving direction. The staff are running around like crazy clearly doing their best and are being degraded. The restaurant is also full on the small drain flies. The cashier on the other hand was very pleasant and welcoming. While we were waiting other customers were commenting on this manager tone and attitude as well.

I order on the app almost exclusively. I have not had my order correct for the last 6 months. Simple orders, nothing extravagant. Also I am ALWAYS parked off to the side at the drive through even though there are no other cars behind me and when ordering a simple burger and fries! I can be patient and understanding but it's getting pretty darned annoying!

I have been coming here for years & the quality has never been so poor as when I ordered tonight. The poutine sauce was burnt and tasted disgustingly sweet/burnt/thick/inedible. When we tried to speak to the young lady working at the drive through to address the problem, she had a terrible attitude and kept making a million excuses for why the sauce did not taste good instead of trying to fix the problem. Overall disgusting food & service this evening & strongly caution to not order a poutine at this location.
