Worked here when I was 15. Owner was incredibly rude and loud, would yell incoherently when I tried to take an order and I couldn’t hear what is being said. He refuses to take accountability for the issues with his own store, he tried to even seemingly instigate or start something with me, very strange experience.

If I could give a minus 5 (-5 ) I would. Ordered the Milano special and a poutine with a Cesar salad. The dough was not cooked and topping the veggies on top were raw. Poutine look like someone vomit in the container, my friend had the courage to taste it and said it was the grossiest poutine he has ever taste. Cesar salad looked like it was outdated. That I had to pay 47$ plus a 13$ tip to delivery guy makes me sick to my stomach.Don't even spend your money there it is not worth it but if you do....you are in for a suprise. I called in to complaint and they wanted to sent another one but THANKS BUT NO THANKS. I would of get samething because I had just read the reviews and there is complaints about same scenario.

I got a spicy pizza from there and it was soooo delicious, juicy and hot, I liked it the guy was generous and offered me a drink, I highly recommend trying it they are great Milano is the bestà
Vegetarian options: You can ask him to remove meat from any pizza he would do that, and there is also veggie options.

There is really no consistency in their pizza. I've ordered a few times now and my pizza has been fully cooked maybe 20 percent of the time. The crust is still doughy and sometimes raw on the inside. It's unfortunate because the couple of times it's been cooked well it's really delicious. I can't justify spending hard earned money on sometimes good pizza. Also the owner is miserable so pick up is not always pleasant!
