I went in here to pick up pizzas. The man working told me that I had not had paid even after showing him the payment on the card. Claiming it does not match, the difference was an attempted tip. Afterwards my uncle walked in because I was not getting anywhere. He immediately apologized and came about the situation in a very different tone. I pointed out that he didn’t apologize to either women he spoke to and thankfully one of his staff realized the point I was trying to make and apologized for him. However, he was still incredibly wrong for his actions and clearly has animosity towards women!
Id like to add that my pizza was missing the hot honey we had paid for.

I don't have a problem with this pizza hut. They are usually consistent but sometimes I find their pizza undercooked. Their gluten free pizza crust is rather hard and chewy but I guess that's expected with gluten free. Unless you order a special it can be pretty pricey as well. Their large pizzas are essentially a diner pizza medium so I find in the smaller size as well. I generally use the App which is somewhat easy.

I got breadsticks that didn’t have seasoning on them but it was at closing time and they were putting things away, I went in to order again the next day and they added free cheese garlic breadsticks to my order amazing service and really appreciate it

Terrible experience. We ordered 4 pizzas and were charged $97—way too much. We called 15 minutes before pickup, but they still said we were 2 minutes late. Very poor service and rude staff. Not ordering from Pizza Hut again.

i order 4 medium pizzas with 4 toppings and hardly there are total 6-7 peice of toppings on whole pizza.moreover the staff is so rude and unprofessional

The menu is updated often with new things to try. Honey hot sauce is wicked if you like a nip o' heat!

This Pizza Hut is conveniently located in Massena. They have a separate counter for take out. There’s a nice sofa to sit while you are waiting. This restaurant is newer. The seatings are plenty. There are 2 seating areas. The walls are nicely decorated with sports theme pictures. We ordered the meats pasta. It comes with garlic bread. We always add cheese on it. Sometimes we substitute with cheese bread. It always came up to $12 including tax. It’s a good deal. It can feed 2. Very hot and tasty food. I’ll give it 5 stars.
