I go to this Tim Hortons daily for the convenience. However; most of the staff are super grumpy and miserable, 8/10 of my experiences are unpleasant and I usually just have a coffee order. Also waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru defeats the purpose of the franchise, in my opinion.
been here 1-2 times a month I plan to raise that. the french vanilla is very sweet compared to McDonalds and I really enjoy the sweetness. I never once had a bad experience but I also don't normally order typical food items and usually get a drink with a dessert. I love the service I don't believe I have ever gotten a wrong order or had to wait long here before and the staff is experienced and professional as far as I have seen. I have loved this place when I was a child and I still love it now. thank you for your work! I plan to come back a bunch more times and order a various amount of menu items and to update this review afterwords for better or worse.
