I go to this Tim Hortons daily for the convenience. However; most of the staff are super grumpy and miserable, 8/10 of my experiences are unpleasant and I usually just have a coffee order. Also waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru defeats the purpose of the franchise, in my opinion.

been here 1-2 times a month I plan to raise that. the french vanilla is very sweet compared to McDonalds and I really enjoy the sweetness. I never once had a bad experience but I also don't normally order typical food items and usually get a drink with a dessert. I love the service I don't believe I have ever gotten a wrong order or had to wait long here before and the staff is experienced and professional as far as I have seen. I have loved this place when I was a child and I still love it now. thank you for your work! I plan to come back a bunch more times and order a various amount of menu items and to update this review afterwords for better or worse.

The only good timmies left in Ontario. They make the food proper without falling apart in the wrapper and it looks appetizing. Props to the morning crew!!

how hard is it to give a client a TEA instead of a coffee??? the one time in months I don't check because the window cashier said tea and lemonade the ha did out a frozen nj stead of classic..then 5 minutes down the road I open the tea and it stinks up the car with coffee stench!!!! so freaking annoying

Still 10mins left before closed sitting in drive thru but don’t want to take people’s orders 3vehicles waiting for them to just lock up before posted close time LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL
I already ate chicken pizza on very first day when Tim Hortons launched that was awesome but today i am totally unsatisfied, as i mentioned a photo, more than half pizza is without ingredients and unable to find required chicken on the top. I would like to get compensation on my next order if somebody see my review from team Tim hortons. It was takeout order and i was unhappy when i opened the box at my office.

I only use the drive thru, mostly just coffee,coffee is always fresh and the srevice was polite and trying too be quick. It is a fast food restaurant ,if i was looking for a meal i would go to a regular restaurant.
They have a very good customer service.
