I used to order my children’s birthday cakes from Sunshine Bakery - some 20 years ago and they were amazing! So naturally, when it came time to purchase my mother’s 80th birthday cake, I wanted something special and ordered from Sunshine Bakery. I was so excited to pick it up but what a let down. It was the size of a 9x10 inch “cake” with white icing, brown coloured lettering, and looked like a 10 year had decorated it. It tasted like a box mix with canned lemon filling. The price tag $29 - I had to purchase another cake in order for all my guests to have a piece. I will not be going back and I would never recommend this bakery for cakes.

This is the best bakery. I bought a lemon birthday cake for my son's birthday. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. Something about the icing being not overly sweet and sickly. Will certainly go there again as they have lots of tarts, cake and pies etc
