Very disappointed 😞 I just stopped by here on my way to Strathroy, ordered an extra large coffee and a muffin. Not sure what the servers were doing, but definitely not focused on the service. not even half a cup of coffee! unfortunately I did not discover this until I was out of Mt. Bridges.

I've lived in Mount Brydges for about two months now. Every time I visit this location I am disappointed over again. I've ordered coffee and had to return it for being made incorrectly more than once. A few weeks ago an employee threatened to hurt another employee when the spilled a drink. I've been the only one waiting in line and it's taken over ten minutes just to be acknowledged. The tables are never wiped and there is often beverages spilled all over the floor. I didn't want to leave a negative review but today I found multiple hairs mixed into my drink and couldn't finish it. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service in this establishment.

Was here to get pizza at 7:30 pm the girl at the counter went to ring it in then looked up and said oh I'm sorry our oven is broken at the moment. We turned to walk away and I said that's what they say when they don't want to make it because they are closing in a half hour and were cleaning. I then overheard the girl say to her colleague " oh no she knows" like duh I'm not stupid. Poor poor service I do not recommend going here.

I’ve been here twice. Both times I was told after ordering and paying they didn’t have any more of what I ordered and the time to finally get served whatever scraps they had left took way too long. I’d look elsewhere.

I arrived at 11:45 and decided to eat in as I was early for an appointment down the street. I ordered a sandwich, paid & waited. As I was waiting, I decided to get a cup of tea. I returned to the counter, ordered the tea, and went back to the pick-up station. It was now 11:57 by the clock on the wall. A couple of vehicles went thru the drive thru, and still no sandwich.. I finished my tea, went back to the order desk & asked the cashier if my sandwich would be much longer. She went to the sandwich makers and asked. I picked up my sandwich at 12:12 and decided to eat it in the car.

The Steep Tea machine has had something wrong with it for weeks. It’s either barely room temperature or it’s hot and all gritty. So inconsistent

The service is fantastic, I’d give them a 5 but the bathrooms are always broken, whether it’s the toilets or the water, and so unclean. Unclean isn’t even close to describing but the kindest way to put it!

Just watched the worker in the Drive through drop the spoon they stir the coffee with on the floor, pick it up and reuse it. Bathrooms were filthy and mens room was closed. Mount Brydges, Ontario

Drive thru.. no lineup... Ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels with cream cheese. Paid at window and received 1 coffee. Waited for bagels and had to ask for 2nd coffee. Pulled over in parking lot to open bagels.. both were on plain bagels.. had requested cinnamon and a cheese bagel (which was an upcharge). Walked into store and was directed to take out area. Let associate know wrong order. He tossed the bagels into the garbage. A supervisor asked me what I ordered and told me they had no cheese bagels (then why the upcharge?). Asked for 2 cinnamon bagels and waited. Supervisor gave me coins to cover the upcharge. No apology for wrong order. Entire place seemed chaotic. Lots of staff but no organization. Next time drive past and go to Strathroy or Komoka for your coffee fix.
