This is such a slow Tim Hortons. Sometimes it’s a 10-15 min wait for just simple drink orders either in the drive thru or in the store. The younger staff is friendly and apologetic, however, some of the older staff members are extremely impolite and just plain rude. In particular I am talking about who I assume is the manager (woman with red unkept hair). All she ever does is thrust out the machine at you with no greeting or apology for the wait. She turns her head so as to not even acknowledge you. I have seen her belittle staff members in front of customers and inappropriately address customers. She is in the service industry and should maybe be reminded that a good attitude and professionalism goes a long way. Everyone has a bad day but not as often as this lady!

Orange/ tangerine quencher was made with to much base and way to sweet. Not all cups for sale were in register and I could not purchase one. The was no reason the manager could not have done that. Coffee was good thigh

I am very disappointed with the response from some staff members in this location and the neighborhood. The food was good but we ordered a classic bagle with cream cheese and we got a plain cheese bagle. And the lady I guss the manager was very rude to a staff and was scolding him infront of customers as he misunderstood my order which is not at all professional. It will affect both the staff and customers. Some staff did not even respond to our questions even when we asked for a fork and spoon, which they forgot to give us along with our order, but other kind lady helped us. There were people sitting outside, and they were commenting and staring at us when I was with my family, a very racialist neighborhood.

I was asked to provide more: when you order, they would just stop talking after ordering. You would assume time to drive up. When you got to the window, they would hold out the machine, not knowing how you would pay. Hand out your order, no thanks, bye, anything.

I go there frequently and I’m impressed how the kitchen area is always clean. They are very fast and efficient as well. They go above and beyond sometimes to get me an enhanced customer experience. Will keep visiting!👌

The bathrooms are gross. You need to have a regular schedule of cleaning if you have a public restroom. The service is ok. It could be quicker, but it's friendly.

Very disappointed 😞 I just stopped by here on my way to Strathroy, ordered an extra large coffee and a muffin. Not sure what the servers were doing, but definitely not focused on the service. not even half a cup of coffee! unfortunately I did not discover this until I was out of Mt. Bridges.
