So glad mount forest has more food options. You can fill your vehicle, then go inside and fill up your stomach(lol)The only upset I had was that they didn't give the option for my sub to be heated up, and I ordered a pizza sub so it would've been better with melted cheese and warm bread. I understand it was almost closing time. But the staff was still friendly.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service and even worse food. The woman openly accused my husband of not paying multiple times after he had clearly just payed. She was abrupt, unfriendly, rude and hard to understand during the ordering process and produced three of the worst subs I have ever seen. Not one of us ate it. Will absolutely never return.

Called 2 min after they closed and they stayed open for me to get my late night snack. Super generous and they didn’t have to do it. Amazing service. Support them please!!
Only 1 employee running Mr. sub and the gas station on a Sunday afternoon. We got 3 subs and it took him 30 minutes to make it. Once he was finally finished and wrapped our subs he left to check people out for gas, while the subs were just sitting there and all we had to do was pay. Then one of us left and already paid and he comes running out of the store and accused me for not paying for it, so I had to pull up my banking app to prove it. He took so long to do everything and jumped around all over the place not finishing one task at hand first that he forgot who paid. Also, it was only 2 customers for gas and 3 subs too make and he got that confused. I don’t see the point of ever coming back here for a sub when you want a quick lunch since it takes 30 minutes and you get accused for not paying and don’t even get an apology for the mix up. Worst service I’ve seen in my life.

I have been waiting YEARS for Mr. Sub to open in Mount Forest. My only negatives is the hours (the other sub place is open until 11pm, Mr Sub closes at 8pm) and the parking situation which can't really be helped because it is at a gas station instead of its own building/unit. Finally, it would be beneficial to be able to order online. Otherwise, welcome to MF and so glad at least there is a better option for subs!
