This store is the worst store ever and I strongly suggest you dont buy from this location i ordered 2 footlong grilled chickens with cheddar cheese bacon salt and peper and lots of ranch and I mayed the order over the phone as I was driving the employee confirmed the order with me she repeated what I had said to her I went paid and left got to where I was going opend the sub up as I always cheack and both subs had no bacon and they had put mustard on it I could not eat them so by the time I was done in my meeting I went to call them to inform them that the subs were wrong but they were closed so I called on the Monday and was told that they will only replace 1 of the subs becuase they didnt have the employee there told me to call back today I called back today and all I got was attude and the staff were extremly rude and that they r refuseing to replace both subs they screwed up and the employees rember my order im so beyond angry and dont feel anyone else should have to go thru what I have gone thru I was not able to eat the subs and they had to go in the garbage. I spent alot of money on those subs and they should be replaced 😤

Went in the evening only one person a head of us and one behind us so not busy and obviously for good reason . staff were rude, not sure if they understand English, couldn't follow instructions on basic toppings didn't toast subs when asked twice, gave us attitude when we ordered more then one sub. Pretty pricey for food that's not made to customers basic requests. My five year old would have done a better job . Won't be going there again 1 out of 10 don't recommend.

So glad mount forest has more food options. You can fill your vehicle, then go inside and fill up your stomach(lol)The only upset I had was that they didn't give the option for my sub to be heated up, and I ordered a pizza sub so it would've been better with melted cheese and warm bread. I understand it was almost closing time. But the staff was still friendly.
Food was fine but the staff were friendly. Would visit again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service and even worse food. The woman openly accused my husband of not paying multiple times after he had clearly just payed. She was abrupt, unfriendly, rude and hard to understand during the ordering process and produced three of the worst subs I have ever seen. Not one of us ate it. Will absolutely never return.
