Wowwwy. Waited in line 30 mins to order -- line behind us was out the door. Maybe 7 people working but no one was assigned to working the register -- every few minutes someone would come over and take a single order and then return to doing mobile. Mobile orders were fulfilled immediately while the line did not move. Whatever the system is here is not working. Every Tim Hortons has this problem but this was like, astonishing.

I've been to a LOT of diffrent timmys and I've seen pros and cons with them all. Mount Forest has such a nice place because you can see how well the staff all work together. They communicate well and notice when someone is overwhelmed with customers and jump in to help. They also don't prioritize their personal conversations over their work which I know is a problem with other places. The pace is overall very fast and the food is always delicious. I've noticed a lot of rotation when it comes to which staff member does when which makes me think thag everyone is capable of everything which is even more impressive! Love coming here.
