I don't usually write reviews, but I really wanted to share how great our experience was at Tim Hortons, thanks to Shan, the supervisor.
Shan took his time to help us with our order, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He even gave us some great directions for our trip afterward, which we really appreciated.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making customers feel good. Shan's kindness and support truly made our visit special. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today, all thanks to Shanresis! He's a supervisor there and gave us the best recommendation for lunch. He suggested the new turkey sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. Seriously, it was so good! Shanresis was super helpful and friendly. If you're not sure what to get, ask for his advice – he knows his stuff

Had such a great experience at this Timmies in the afternoon! Right from the start, I felt super welcome—everyone was friendly, respectful, and just had good vibes all around. The atmosphere was really chill and family-friendly, which made it a nice place to just hang out for a bit. Gotta say, the washrooms were way cleaner than most other Timmies I’ve been to—big plus! Also, the supervisor was super attentive, not just with customers but with the staff too, which was really nice to see. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons out there. I’ll be back for sure!

Inside and outside garbages were FULL FOR HOURS !!! Ppl had to stack garbage on top!!! This Tim’s is going down hill for years. Supervisor at night spends most of his time flirting with staff and cranking music.
