My girlfriend and I had ordered a nice breakfast and she wanted a fruit quencher with no ice. The employee fought with us that because there is no ice, the cup doesn't get filled. Every other time this was asked the cup was always filled. Very disappointed in the service received.
Typical Tim Hortons. They were busy but still I didn’t need to wait very long for service.
