The staff at this Tim Hortons are friendly, and the coffee is always great. However, I had a serious issue with my order—a hair was baked into my donut, which was really unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the food preparation. Adding to that, there was garbage along the ledge of the driveway, making me wonder how often they clean the area. The driveway itself is extremely tight, as it shares an entrance with a gas station. This caused some confusion, and I was honked at by a driver trying to get gas while we were waiting for cars ahead to move. While the staff are welcoming, the cleanliness and overall layout definitely need improvement. I already know Tim Hortons you’re going to ask me to message you and noting is ever done. Sad to say. Your stores needs to better services all round.
My sausage and egg McMuffin had mould all over the bread, both for myself and my wife. On top of that the blueberry muffin we ordered was hard as a rock, was definitely leftover from the day before. Not sure who is in charge of quality checks, but this was by far the worst food experience I have ever had in any Tim Hortons. Would recommend not eating here. Don’t take your chances! But the coffee was nice and hot!
