New manager is horrific in his practices. Consistently schedules one person on shift at a time, results in high turnover and extremely slow, inefficient employees due to lack of experience. Food and coffee is routinely of poor quality or not ready to service.Greedy, delusional manager. Hope he doesn't last long. I feel bad for those he employs.

The quailty of food is good...when it finally gets in your hand.2 days in a row, I've had issues. Yesterday, they did not pay attention to what I wanted in my order, and did not even puch it in on the till. It took 15 minuets to get the order they punched in (Sausage, egg on an English muffin, extra sausage and a Ice Cap). I wanted a total of 3 sausage and was very specific with my order.Today they did the order right but it took them 20 Minuets to get me my order. I didn't even get my drink till after the sandwich was done and my coworkers had to leave me behind otherwise they would of been late for work.The line ups are long and the workers dont prep food when they are low so that adds to the wait time. This timmies need more people at the counter.

Tim Hortons is a reliable go-to for a quick coffee fix and a bite.The line can get long, but the efficient service keeps things moving. Prices are reasonable, particularly at the airport.

Poor girl was working all by herself at 7am with an airport full of people having to make breakfast food orders for everyone. She was doing her best but food took a very long time. Not the workers fault there’s no reason to only have one person working in the morning.

Apparently they had nothing to serve at this location other than coffee and donuts 2 hours before closing, weekday around 5pm. I asked if they could make a sandwich, but no, NO food!!

If there could be 0 start I would definitely choose it. I’m totally disappointed from their service.. Yesterday, I ordered 5 birthday cake timbits and some drinks or wraps to the counter girl who was taking the orders but I had to wait for too long for my order as the another girl was making the next orders which she received after my turn I don’t know that she didn’t know my order or she didn’t see the screen beside her. I was waiting nicely but didn’t say anything to her but after she handover my food and drinks to me I asked her that I also ordered 5 birthday cake timbits but she said, “ they do not have any timbits in their tray but when I ordered they had it. She served the timbits to anyone else. This showing that how irresponsible they are about customer’s satisfaction or service. Whenever I visit to this Tim Hortons they always have empty trays in front of the counter. There is no other choice to order the food or drinks whatever they have there instead of customer’s choices. They should make some more quantity of food until they close or when they do not have anything to serve.
