This has been my favourite location since they opened. All the staff here are incredible. And because I come here so often they know what my order is. Incredible team of worker. Drive thru is usually fast. The only thing that’s messed up is the entry and exit here.

Forgot our meal, and our coffee, and our hash brown had to be reminded of each item that was ordered and they still forgot an item which we paid for. Extremely upsetting and disorganized. Maybe you should pay your employees more so they put more energy into doing their job correctly.

I am regular coustomer at this location, every time on sunday midnight shift employeees take too long time to make just one steep tea. Even if u give order inside tim, not on drive through, please re train them who ever work on sunday overnight staff.

Coffee always always is amazing i think only once have I gotten a bad one. Sometimes the location can be slow, I usually walk in rather then the drive thru. I walked in and mind you there's a snow storm going on things are wet so I was being extra careful already. But of course I fall to me knees and bounce back up not spilling my coffee or dropping the bags I just purchased from the esso side. I went to put the stuff in the car and the proceeded back into the Tim's to ask if they are responsible for that side of the floor and if you are aware it's wet. "I will bring it to my managers attention in the morning ". Are you serious the gentle man working at esso is capable of putting cardboard down and you think it's ok to say I'll tell the manager and not put something down or even clean the floor . The next person could be a child or a senior. I personally think this is unexceptable especially from someone that calls herself a night supervisor .

If I could give zero stars I would.simple order..muffin, apple juice, water. Single lane take out.. waited 20 min to get to the window. Charged me wrong order. Tried to refund and their machine wouldn't do it so they blamed my card that they just overcharged. Asked for cash. Then they gave me half my order and when I asked for the rest said I hadn't paid for it. When I asked why, was told they didn't put it on order...then argued about giving me a bottle of water. Called manager to complain. And all she said was 'im sorry'. No offer to fix issue at all. Won't catch me going there again!

I live just down the road from this Timmies, it's the closest fast place to go.I actually stopped going to Timmie's for a good few years, I just found their quality was deprecating fast.Since moving close to this timmies, I hesitantly stopped her and honestly, everything was so fresh and made perfectly.Ive since been at least 8 or 9 times and literally every single time they have done an amazing job.Honestly one of the best Timmie's I've ever been to.

Order today December,5,2022 around 11:15 am drive through. I am a regular and always order from here.Today, I asked for English muffin with sausage and egg and they charged me for it and gave me only egg and cheese muffin.I am very disappointed because I can’t drive back to tell them that because I am already at work. I also picked up everything bagel toasted with butter they hardly put any butter I am not sure why as if they are paying for it but the truth is I am paying for bagel with butter not without butter.This is really disappointing because I paid to get the correct order and yet got wrong orders missing ingredients and paid full amount.

This has to be the worst ran Tim Hortons in the country. It’s always something at this location. They have the slowest service I have ever seen. The manager is rude to the customers. For some reason they solely focus on serving the drive through and make everyone that comes in the store wait forever to get their orders. I can’t say enough about how bad this store is.

I really don’t like writing reviews, let alone negative ones. But this Tim Hortons hands down has the worst management I have seen.Everyone is so slow, I have been several times during my lunch, and the drive thru routinely takes 10+ minutes.On top of this the wraps are always well below average size. The rice is consistently missing from the wrap….Tim Hortons corporate needs to clean house with this location and build ground up.
