Not sure why people complain so much. I don't go there on the regular but when I do I get great service and the food is hot/large portions. It's a fast food joint so - you can't really take things so seriously. Again, lovely people that work at this location.

Ordered takeout yesterday night and the food was terrible, the lettuce was the soggiest thing ever, made the burger taste like mush, I got two chicken wraps to try and it seems like they must have been using the tortillas to mop the floors…. There’s no reason for the outside of the tortilla to be that wet… poutine had enough gravy to fully cover a singular fry, overall had to throw away both wraps couldn’t finish my burger or poutine. I’m not expecting 5 stars from fast food but just something edible that won’t make me sick. employees obviously don’t care about quality or standards of food preparation.As somebody who has worked in restaurants before I never serve anything I would not personally eat myself…that obviously does not apply here. Please do not eat here.

All Sps and Honda associates, we have been ordering on mass for our team weekly and we have had constant problems. They screw up our orders or forget orders on a constant. If you want fast and consistent, McDonalds is a little better.

I know this is a really small rant , but did the drive through & just wanted a cup eith ice . They charged me .60 cents for it . I had no issues and was willing to pay , but was super surprised to get the price , I could even over hear the cashier questioning ( I’m assuming the manager ) about it . I won’t be back for anything in the future - there’s a well known coffee shop and another burger place across the street that charge .10 cents or even free at times .

My first ever visit to a BK was in 1974 in Florida, and I swear the bun& buger was HUGE, like Trump huge... Now food wasn't bad, in fact fries were fresh & hot, burger was good, but like all things in the fast food marketplace, have they reduced in size a bit? Not sure. Now in view of rising prices, I/we use coupon deals exclusively when visiting FF places. I had a 2 can dine for $15.99 coupon, otherwise I/we won't pay regular prices for FF meals. Same applies to Wendy's, Subways, McDonald's etc.

I stop here once a week or so on my way to work. The staff are friendly, and my food is consistently fresh and tasty. I’ve never been inside, so I’m not sure about the place’s cleanliness, but overall, I’m happy with the food and service.
I am always pretty disappointed ordering here. I get chicken nuggets, it's my go to. Most of the times I have ordered this, the chicken nuggets are so hard and stale that they are barely edible. Pretty much just given up on ordering from the place, it doesn't have to be made fresh but it would be nice if it wasn't sitting there for an entire day cause that is the only way they could get that stale, it's like trying to eat rocks.

Not the best Burger King l have visited. A male guest there was the rudest person l have ever heard/seen, l guess it made him feel like a big strong man chewing out the young lady behind the counter in front of his boys. I guess he felt it was a learning moment for them. Yay!, the abuse of servers will go on thanks to that loser.

had a hankerin for a whopper, didn't disappoint! Staff is nice and polite. However the front of the house always needs attention. tables are often in need of a wipe.
