Ordered take-out. Beef chop Suey ($18)and pho($15). Was very quick. Sadly, the pho was given in a cardboard bowl that leaked out into the bag within 5 minutes. Lid wasn't able to stay secure either. Been sprouts are shrivelled and brown, but broth, noodles, and meat were okay. Chop Suey looks sad....veggies did not look or taste fresh. It was mostly soggy cabbage and the same shrivelled sprouts. I ate what was palatable.
They offered to have me come back for new pho into 2 small plastic to go containers but I was already out of town.
Sadly my first meal with healthy meat and veggies (instead of burger or sandwich) on my cross country trip was a fail.
