I stop in for breakfast and coffee everytime I come through. The coffee is miles better than Tim’s. The food is a little pricey but I’ve always got a generous portion and it’s always delicious. The burgers are huge! Definitely worth stopping in.

Totally loved this place! A must stop if you’re in the area or just passing through like we did. This ain’t your big chain restaurant where your food gets served to you in 10mins and this is what I miss in today’s fast pace world. You have time to chit chat with the people you came to eat it. How it should be. How I was raised.
The portions are huge and price point is great for what you get. Friendly staff. Love the atmosphere of the diner. Highly recommend coming here.

Quite a few problems here that could easily be improved with better management. First of all we ordered two beers and the waitress brought them in a can, no glass and didn’t offer a glass. That’s a first for me lol. Also what’s with the name? Ducky’s “diner” should be called ducky’s sandwiches since that’s literally al they serve for dinner is burgers or chicken sandwiches. Super small menu. They should do some normal dinner entrees.
The burger had potential but was thwarted from some rookie mistakes. Bun not toasted resulting in soggy bottom and cold top. Also not served including fries for 18$ is pretty crazy.
Well there is some potential here. Nice decor, homey classic Canadian feel. They really are lacking in basic service. They have a sign saying wait to be seated. Then you wait for 5 minutes just to be told “sit anywhere” lol! I mean it’s nipigon so I get if service is a little slow. But that doesn’t excuse poor service. The waitress needs some basic training.
