Multiple tip jars and they openly expect you to tip when paying electronically. Most fast food places wouldn't do this and this is not a real KFC, just a small outlet. Bad vibes.

Whould not let me upgrade my fries to poutine on my meal so was forced to buy the sandwich and poutine separately. Employees didn't look happy to be working.

I ordered a twenty piece hot wings, only gave 18. Over 30 dollars so I'd assume id get what I paid for but alas, two wings missing. That's not how you do business, that's how you lose customers
