I came for a steeped tea and the girl named Kiran told me I’d have to wait 5 minutes. After 5 minutes when I asked again, she said it would take even longer, even though she was giving other customers their orders. When I finally got my steeped tea after 15 minutes, she didn’t apologize or offer anything complimentary. Really bad experience.

I went to Tim Hortons this morning around 9am to get coffee and breakfast. The girl working there, Karam, was really rude. She didn’t show even basic manners to me or my husband. She left our coffees and was standing at the food counter chatting with another employee. She seriously needs to learn some basic manners. Not a good experience at all..

Poor service and the store is filthy.I bought a habanero chicken salad and it smelled like puke when it was handed to me.I took a bite and almost puked myself.The toppings were rancid!

I just want to give a huge thank you to the Nipigon Tim Horton’s team! My truck stalled in the drive-thru today, and I was overwhelmed at first. But many of the staff and even some fellow customers came to help. One of the workers personally brought me my coffee and handed it to me, saying, “It’s ok, mam!” I was so impressed by their kindness and support.
The good news is that I finally figured out the 7 steps to turn off the emergency brake—what a relief! I also want to thank everyone for their patience during that time. Plus, they didn’t even charge me for the coffee—what a team!
Thanks again, Nipigon Tim Horton’s, for your incredible service and kindness. You made a stressful moment much easier!
Despite (rudely) confirming our order multiple times, pretty much every item was incorrect (not a complicated order). Washrooms very unclean.

I think I might be done going to Tim Hortons all together. I've only been to 2 and 2/2 were a pretty bad experience now.
I'm not a fan of Tim Hortons coffee, it tastes pretty burnt to me. I tried to get the energy drinks here and they were out except for the Mango. Unfortunate, because I hate Mango but I got it.
Ordered 2 of the wraps but was charged for a wrap and a bowl so was over charged on an item. They were out of the Thanksgiving sandwich but that's reasonable.
Oddly enough when walking in, one of the front doors was locked?? Not sure why that would be.
Also this bathroom did not have toilet paper but tissues instead. This might be a Tim Hortons thing?
If I do go to Tim Hortons again it may just be for bakery items because those are still pretty good.
That's all I really have to say.
