I went about a week ago the owner and the people in there were so friendly and awesome. The pizza was great and delicious. I will go here every time!

Second time having an issue here, my order was wrong.. front desk offered to give me a free item next order and just deal with my wrong order... after some convincing, I got them to deliver the right order over an hour later, only to find a staple in my food. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Never ordering from here again.

Called weeks in advance as I was having my daughter's party down the road and wanted food for 11am. Spoke to the front desk and they assured us it would be no problem. Called the day before the party and again told no problem, will be ready for 11am.... Day of the party, the employee didn't show up until AFTER 11am. Very apologetic but again this was planned in advance. Offered a few free drinks to make up for it but that doesn't help that I have a bunch of kids waiting for food and parents coming for pick up soon. Really disappointing experience, we did everything we could and was let down. If you ever planned a kids party you understand the stress and this is not what I needed on top of it all. Will try north gower pizza or Mr mozzarella next time.

Ordered online, and it wasn't ready until half hour after the time it said it would be ready. The lady could barely speak english, let alone figure out which order was mine. I would recommend extending the ready times on the website, and maybe having someone working the front speak better english? It was extremely frustrating having to repeat myself for her to not understand. Other than that, the pizza was good.
