I asked for a mama burger meal. The burger had a patty, 2 half raw onion pieces and a drop of mustard. NEVER, EVER GOING THERE AGAIN! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! ALSO, THE FRIES WEREN'T FULLY COOKED. HALF FROZEN, HALF COOKED. THEY DON'T CARE THERE. NOT ABOUT YOU, AND CERTAINLY NOT ABOUT THE FOOD!! I WONDER IF THE FOOD IS SAFE...DO THEY SPIT ON IT TOO? WHAT A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE- DON'T GO HERE!!

Good customer service. The Masala Veggie burger and Onion rings were top notch!
Dirtiest A&W I have ever been to. Trash everywhere, debris all over the tables, and bathrooms filthy and disgusting. Staff is good and food is acceptable, but they seem understaffed. It is like this every time we drive by.

Worst a&w ever food is horrible. Between the one in Norwood and the one in marathon Ontario I'm not sure which one is worse. Had those phone coupons and by the time we got to the window they expired. So don't pull the coupons up before you get to the window Also check your order something is always missing
If you don't see locals eating somewhere don't eat there

Check your orders before you leave!!! If you are ordering anything beyond a burger it's not worth the money. The 'wraps' are half a wrap if you're lucky. Poutines, they sprinkle some curd around the outside and put a drop of gravy in the middle. The onion rings are just flakes of breading in a bag and soggy onions. They forget to add the proper toppings and just laugh when you tell them the order was wrong. The restaurant was so hot, no AC was running. Never spending money at this A&W again. This is not the first time the food has been so disappointing.
