They have a lot of staff and only have space for one or two customers to park at a time. There is parking on Highway 7, but that can be dangerous.

We have been ordering from Papa’s Pizzaland ever since it opened in Norwood. We often order their Large, 3 topping, pick up special. The price is incredibly reasonable and we’ve enjoyed the flavour of the pizza (sauce, dough, toppings, etc.) a lot more compared to other local pizzerias (we’ve tried about 5-6 places). We’ve also ordered wings and panzerottis and they were pretty good.The people are very friendly and we’ve ordered so often that they’ve come to recognize us as soon as we place our order. I don’t understand the bad reviews; maybe delivery isn’t their forte but our orders have always been consistent and delicious.

I loved the Peterborough location, however the Norwood location has been nothing but disappointment. Each time I’ve ordered the pizza has been hours behind and the order has been wrong. The staff answering the phones have always been pleasant, however I will not be ordering from them again…. Would rather drive to Peterborough to the other chains.

I ordered online and they claim they didnt receive my order, however they charged my card. Called to try and get it figured out but the owner didn't want to resolve the issue. Seems like a reoccurring issue with this place based on previous reviews. Now I have to dispute the charge on my card. Save yourself the headache and order from Donna's.

The pizza from here is on par with the best. If you're looking for quality pizza at a fair price, you can get that here. Staff are great, too. Recent renovations have helped the appearance. I'd recommend this as the best pizza in the area.

Was great when it first opened now the order is wrong a lot and they’re always late. Will be driving to havelock for pizza from now on. Tonight was my last order. Ordered 3 pizzas for 6pm at like 2pm, it’s now 6:20 and they’re still not ready.
I wanted to reach out, and say how awesome this location is. Always great service, and the food is wonderful. There was a minor issue with an order and both Tiffany the owner and Daisy the Manager were extremely informative and helpful. They make you feel like the customer matters. If you are in the area looking for a fantastic place to get pizza, look no further. Just amazing service.

Great pizza but beware their pricing scam. They slip in a so called service fee of $1.30 on the bill. This is hidden and illegal. Always check your bill, better yet, go to Donnas' pizza just down the road. No hidden fees there.Parking: 5 spots

I used to order here all the time, weekly to every other week. The service has completely gone downhill, as well as the quality of the food. Orders take over 2 hours to get delivered and when you call, they just tell you its out for delivery but doesn't show up for another hour, when it does show up, you can tell its been sitting for a while waiting... They used to have it delivered within 30-40 minutes depending on the night. I will not be ordering from here again.

I only get takeout pizza from papas in Norwood now!Granted, I’ve had a couple pizzas made wrong, but they are quick to make it right, even offering delivery out of town.Makes happen, no big deal. But they make a point to go above and beyond to make it right the odd time when it does happen.
