The manager saw how busy it was, and just went to hide in the back .if the front counter helped the cook instead of just watching them, and the cook actually gave a shit about the 50 peoole waiting, people might actually be satisfied. Waited 45 MINUTES FOR A WHOPPER SANDWICH, NOT EVEN A COMBO. Another example of newcomers to our country ruining it for the rest of us.

If u can give this place less of a score I would. Flame broiled bull shit. The burger were small, cold and dry. When I showed the employees the burger in hopes they would have a shocked reaction and immediately make a fresh one, but no, they said SO WHAT DO U WANT. All I asked was a fresh burger. I watched her again make me one with the same batch and she put it in the microwave.
Absolutely disgusting. I know buerger King is fast food but when u pay almost 19 dollars for a whopper combo , u should at least have it fresh with how busy they are.

This burger king has to be the worst one I have ever been to. They have ordering machines at the food court which don’t work properly, and its even more frustrating after you order n realize that it selected the wrong order. Because when i went to the counter to explain, they refused to help me with a refund. I didn’t expect a multi million dollar company to be petty enough to keep 4 bucks for something their customer doesn’t want. These were the most incompetent staff i have ever seen in my life.

Food was mediocre. I expected to wait a long while for the food as it was dead, but it was instant, meaning it was sitting there for a while. And that's exactly what it tasted like. We got a double bacon cheeseburger, veggie burger, medium fries and soft drinks. Only the soft drinks were good. Even the girl working looked like she wished she was somewhere else.

Watched one of the workers knock over a tower of cups, they hit the floor behind the work station. She just put the tower back up, without even tossing the bottom one that hit the floor. Made my whopper with cheese and I said no mayo, I specifically modified the order with no mayo and it was made without following the specs; they had to remake it.

All I ordered was a medium french fry. Weirdly, I saw them pour french fries into the hot oil after I ordered. There were four orders ahead of me. All of them were waiting for french fries. So the bags sat there open (containing burgers I assume—all getting cold) waiting for these yet-to-be-cooked fries. It took six minutes to get my fries. Which cost $5.19! Here is a photo to show you how many I got. Maybe 15? The ketchup pack is for size reference. Never again.

There were limits on the automated teller customization which meant I had to further customize at the counter (somewhat debating the purpose). They didn't have toys for the kids meals, but didn't mention it until asked at the counter when I noticed I didn't get anything. And despite the fact that I came in at a not busy time, the burgers were not customized correctly, and all the food was lukewarm. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but overall my experience was not satisfactory.
I took this opportunity while on the 401 between Montreal and Toronto to try a Whopper aagain after many moons. It was good, but to be brutally honest, at the price I prefer a Harvey's original. I did enjoy the Whopper, though.
