Waited over 15 min for my order of 1 item. When I asked the service person about it originally she told me 6 (I had already been waiting and received my first order). Asked about it again and had to point out how long I’d been there She went to grab it and and was just laughing and talking to her coworkers. This is easily the worst fast-food burger I have ever had.
Tried the flame burger without lettuce. I waited, while others that ordered before me got their food. Finally got mine, and it was cold. The patty was diminute. It was dry, but at the same time completely drenched in sauce. And it had lettuce.
At least the fries were hot. Burgers small and cold (all three), we didn't get toys with the kids meals and the drinks machine had less than half the options including no Coke. Hopeless

The girl working the front today had absolutely no idea how to take and deliver orders. After 20 mins I just took my refund even though she made my order 10 mins before and never called it. Basic competence for multitasking should be a requirement. The girl in the back was awesome and had all the orders prepared. The front cashier was lost.

What a gross Burger King. My flame grilled burger was so cold that the cheese didn’t melt the lettuce and tomato were warmer than the burger patty. What a huge disappointment save your money and go somewhere else.

Jaspreet serves with no speed or accuracy. Watched the cook make one burger at a time, taking her sweet ass time. Food was undercook led and I got food poisoning. The manager saw how busy it was, and just went to hide in the back .if the front counter helped the cook instead of just watching them, and the cook actually gave a shit about the 50 peoole waiting, people might actually be satisfied. Waited 45 MINUTES FOR A WHOPPER SANDWICH, NOT EVEN A COMBO. Another example of newcomers to our country ruining it for the rest of us.
