I ordered spicy chicken and when I went to grab it the guy told me that they have no spicy chicken. So he gave me mild chicken and some hot sauce to solve the problem. I love the dude's ingenuity but should have made some spicy chicken instead of making a deal.
if i could give 0 stars i would. food was regular popeyes food, nothing awful about it but the service was absolutely horrible. while the food was good the portions were smaller than other popeyes locations so that was weird. they were facing technical difficulties so we had to order from the kiosk, we had no problem with this but they failed to mention that these difficulties prevented the orders from coming through. this resulted in them using our reciept and trying to fight us on what we ordered. we all ordered combos, and they would’ve known that by simply looking at the price but again they were careless and were acting shocked when we told them they only gave us chicken when we ordered more. also, only 1 person was trying to serve everyone at once while one guy was literally standing in the back just being useless.

We ordered the Classic Deluxe Chicken Sandwich but ended up with a Classic Chicken Sandwich. We were already on the road so we didn’t bother going back. Although we got the wrong order the chicken was soft and the batter was crunchy.
