This was a disappointing experience. I’ve worked at Starbucks before, and I’m used to getting a cup of ice or tap water without any issues. Around 5pm on September 2nd, when I asked the cashier if I could purchase a cup of ice or water, I was told “no” twice, without any explanation. While I understand that policies may vary by location, the interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive. I expected better customer service from Starbucks, which usually prioritizes a positive customer experience.

The lady at the window was nice but it was the WORST Iced dirty chai latte I have ever had. Tasted like watered down milk. No espresso or chai in it. Waste of money.

The staff seems poorly trained and not concerned with whether your order is correct. We ordered a kids temp steamed milk and when I tested it, it absolutely burned the top of my mouth! Also my blond espresso tasted like old black filter coffee. Do not recommend.

Awful quality, coffee tastes like water with very light notes of something remotely reminding coffee smell. Avoid at All costs.
If I could give no star I would! Ordered a cheese danish, and I fell on the floor the lady pick med it up and watching at me and still gave me the cheese danish! Good thing I saw what she did! when certain people work here I find that most of the foods quality is diminished! Not the same as the Starbucks I know before. Pay so much money for quality. Everything watered down! Same as the Tim Hortons and every other restaurant!

The lady at the walk up window was very friendly but the service was awful! People that ordered before me with large orders got their orders before mine. My order was 1 latte. I had to walk up to the window and ask for my order. Ridiculously slow service!

It’s better to stick to the TIM HORTONS right next to this Starbucks. I ordered a Tall and got a short. The manager was rude and defended saying that the size served as “their” tall. All Starbucks have standard sizes so not sure why the staff is not aware of it even after working at the store for more than an year. They will also tell you that they have “corporate experience”. Not sure how that helps with making coffee.
