Best Starbucks experience!!! Although our interaction was short, the barista was incredibly sweet!!! I ordered a matcha latte which tasted really great but the best part was the cute note and sticker which made my day 😁

I worked at this location and they are badly managed. I was mistreated by the supervisors only. The manager doesn’t care about anything else other than the speed of people working. On top of this, you are not listened and not allowed to speak up for yourself. If you do you are fired.

I tried an oat latte at this Starbucks, and wow, it really tasted more like water than anything else. Maybe this location could spare a minute to train their employees on how lattes are supposed to taste. Just a thought!

The service isn't what you'd usually expect at Starbucks they were short and rushed. The drinks tasted watered down even my frappuccino tasted like water. I'm super disappointed with this location and would recommend skipping it entirely.

I'm not sure why the brown guy is trying to tell me "we dont take garbage" when I was handing him my pop so I have room in my cupholder for my Starbucks drink. You work at an En Route...of course you take garbage. I also wonder if this is known by Corporate Starbucks which usually values customer service. Also, if you want me to throw out my own garbage...how about you open up and let me....garbage service here...will not return

I want to let the store manager know that side window customers pay same prices for stuff as of the drive through customersThere’s no point to wait over 10 minutes for single drink while there’s not even a lineupYou guys keep the drive through running but pay zero attention to customer on side windowSo why not to make it drive through onlyAnd why tf to put height barrier and I can’t even take my van into drive thruThis store sucks

Morons gave me a black coffee instead of a double double. Only found out after I went onto the highway. Threw is out. People it’s not rocket science to give a customer what he asked for in a coffee. Sheesh.
