The most terrible Tim. Wrong order number on the display, the line-up does not necessary need because they just let people to grab the food and drink without checking the details. Chaos!!!! I would give negative 1000000 star to this Tim if I could.

I got food poisoning from here on Monday august 25th . And still dealing with it .no fresh food made still serving leftover’s . Service is horrible and the cleaning is terrible. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons on route.

Terrible service at this OnRoute Tim Hortons. Staff were rude and unfriendly. My bagels with cream cheese came wrong (just butter), and my chocolate croissants were cold and not heated. When I complained, they told me to use a microwave outside the shop to heat them myself. Completely unprofessional.
To make things worse, they were hiding the feedback QR code behind napkins so customers can’t easily leave reviews. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you expect even basic service. Attached is the location of the hidden qr code and you can review the cameras how i found it

Today, I accidentally placed a mobile order for a coffee and wrap at the wrong Tim Hortons location. When I arrived at the store to pick it up and realized my mistake, I was feeling a bit frustrated. However, two incredibly kind team members, NIMAR and KULWINDER, went out of their way to prepare my order, even though it was entirely my fault. Their kindness and understanding truly made my day. I sincerely appreciate their generosity and excellent customer service.

Tim Hortons , stop hiring the lazy people who do not want to work , orders always wrong I’m not sure how they can completely change the taste of all the drinks , it doesn’t even taste like Tim Hortons drinks found in other much better Tim Hortons , your employees are amongst the laziest people , I asked for steeped tea I was told it will take 2 hours because we are “cleaning the pot“ either the management is fully destroyed or the employee was being lazy you are telling me you guys can’t have 2 pots to rotate while one is being so called “cleaned” ? Regardless from the flies on donuts to food on the floor with flies on it I have never seen tim Hortons as bad as this , if I could give negative start review I would .

Good coffee and pastries. Provides for a rest/short driving-pause while on the go. Lineup present + general slow customer service results in a long wait. Tim Hortons located within Rest Area, all at ground level, easily accessible to patrons with reduced mobility.
