Today, I accidentally placed a mobile order for a coffee and wrap at the wrong Tim Hortons location. When I arrived at the store to pick it up and realized my mistake, I was feeling a bit frustrated. However, two incredibly kind team members, NIMAR and KULWINDER, went out of their way to prepare my order, even though it was entirely my fault. Their kindness and understanding truly made my day. I sincerely appreciate their generosity and excellent customer service.

I never write reviews but I find the racism in these reviews to be horrible. I ordered an americano, a wrap, and a pastry on a Sunday morning and I got better service than I would at a Timmie’s in my hometown. Workers were speedy and respectful. Before leaving one of your racist, rude reviews maybe think about how it feels to work in one of these high traffic fast food locations, it exhausts you instantly and it’s difficult to always do a perfect job.
