Worst Tim hortons ever. I asked to use washroom and went in and there’s a puddle of urine I came out n told employee Jared and he told me he knows. Worst employee i have ever had to deal with he doesn’t know how to treat children. A lot of complaints from community members

Was busy serving other person first who was bf of someone who worked there even though I made order first. Also order was wrong asked for fruit explosion recieved blueberry muffin. Bathroom was out of service, used family washroom and lock was broken so someone walked in on me. Staff was very unprofessional.

Nice and clean Tim Hortons compared to those in Hamilton but very pricy everything is so expensive a year or 2 before we could get small things for 2.99 like wrap etc but now most stuff cost like $6-9. Prices are gone up. Tims used to be the most affordable but not now except for basic coffee.
Completely ripped od tim hortons stikes again with a 7 $ large cappuccino that's half full of foam FFS

The drive thru is way too long. Yesterday I arrived in the drive thru line at 8:46 and by the time I received my order it was 9:06. This is the only Tim Hortons I know that takes this long. Maybe the issue is they need to hire more staff. I am currently in the line again today and have been waiting 10 minutes so far and there are still 5 cars ahead of me. Do not go to this Tim Hortons if you have to be somewhere at a certain time because you will for sure be late.

Absolutely the best tim hortons out there. Only tims where coffee tastes good. Staff is phenomenal, all great people who treat their customers like family.
Those that have left bad reviews, must like the mud water served at other locations, as every brantford location ive been to is max 3* compared. And dont get me started on brampton, they are all 1*.
