THE WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one. Last time (2w ago) I had a terrible experience. First of all, they had no organization at all. The manager or seems to be the owner of the franchise was very rude and despot, yelling at the employees and customers, its disrespectful to the people who works there. Even though it is the closest, I prefer to drive further so I don't have to go back there.

Just went through drive-through asked for two ice caps. One was original one was made with chocolate milk and I also got a bagel, but when I went to get my ice cap, the girl that made it; made it below the last line so I asked her if she could top it up for me and she said that’s where it’s supposed to be, and then she took it back and went behind the counter where I couldn’t see her and I don't know if she did something to my ice cap but brought it back to me the same way she did the first time. I asked the guy at the window if he can remake it for me because I honestly don't trust the girl.
I worked at Tim Hortons. So I know how the ice caps are supposed to be made. Usually I go to this Tim Hortons and I have no issues with the day people, but the afternoon people are rude, unsanitary and whoever was the runner for drive-through on October 10, 2024, was the one who gave me dirty looks and took my ice cap behind the counter where they make the coffee it does not go there. Thankfully, the guy at the window remade my ice cap for me so kudos to him. Manager did nothing about her attitude.

I had a bad experience last time I visited this location as i saw the manager yelling at some employees. Not sure what was the reason but it was an awkward moment. But also as an additional note, this store has a few items missing from the menu, I’ve been there several times for the convenience of the location but sometimes the ice Capp machine doesn’t work

Went through the drive-thru not even like 2 minutes ago to learn that when you order the coffees they will not make them the way they are asked to. They rather put the stuff on the side than to put it in. My question to them is so if you're a driver you're supposed to put your stuff in while driving your car or your truck? And then are they paying the damages if you get into an accident because they don't want to follow instructions on how to make the coffee. I am not happy with this. Tim Hortons and I probably won't come back and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody because if they can't do as their ass, why should we give them our money?

Today, I was going to buy my breakfast and my handicap sister in law was unable to get off my car. The designed place to park for disabilities people was in use by the store manager ( black Toyota)and she was so rude just to win that spot. Furthermore, I went to place my order ans Davis was the worst Tim Hortons cashier I have never met… no kind, no education, no service attitude, those people do not represent Tim Hortons culture and service

They are very racist! The guy who helped me was very rude, and when I was leaving with my friend we heard that he made fun of our accent and was imitating us and it's not the first time with him, but as of today we are not going back!!!
