I’ve officially had it with this Subway location.

From the very beginning, the service here has been completely inconsistent and frustrating. They pick and choose what menu items they feel like serving—most notably the potato rings, which are part of their combo items. I was told by the manager that they only prepare one portion of potato rings a day because of “waste costs.” Not sure how a combo item became such a rare commodity, but I doubt a few cents is breaking the bank. Then I was told to call ahead if I want them… like I’m supposed to plan my snack cravings in advance?

Despite the ridiculousness, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and actually did a mobile order 30 minutes in advance. When I showed up, they told me they didn’t make any potato rings and offered me chips or a cookie instead. Why even offer the option if you’re not going to honor it? Oh and by the way you can’t be refunded on the app!

After that, I stopped going entirely for roughly six months. I figured they didn’t value customers, so I’d take my money elsewhere. But recently, a friend wanted to grab food there and I gave them one last chance. Big mistake. I ordered a sub and again asked to make it a combo with potato rings—again they said they didn’t have any.

Here’s the kicker: the man next to me ordered the same thing from a different employee (female)—and he got the potato rings. No problem at all. At that point, it became very clear: the two male employees working there are either completely unprofessional or blatantly biased against women customers. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

This location is a joke. Poor service, inconsistent food availability, and a clear lack of respect for customers. Save your time and money—go to a Subway that actually values its patrons.

This was the first time I visited the omemee subway establishment on my way home from the Lindsay Fair. I stopped by the store to get two subs at 8:09 pm, upon entering the worker was extremely bothered I wanted to order two subs, was very rude and stuck up. I knew what I wanted to order right away but that wasnt good enough for the worker. He STATED they CLOSE in 30 minutes but the store is open until 9 pm for ordering. He rushed the subs so quick that the quality was poor and you could tell from the customers standpoint as he made them. He wouldn't say much but any time you spoke he was rude or had attitude. This is my first time ever righting a review and this is only because of how poor he treated the customer and acted like I was making his life a living hell for coming less than hour before closing time to order food. I also paid cash and was off by less than $2 and that was another big ordeal with having to use debit to cover the rest. I doubt I'll be back again if he is ever working there.

Walked into this location to get a couple of subs .
All the food had so many flys on them and the person behind the counter didn’t think it was an issue ! We walked out , subway has lost my business .

I do not enjoy writing negative reviews especially as a foodie who enjoys promoting businesses.

I was in need of eating something due to my health. I was in a hurry and saw a SUBWAY sign so I thought I would grab a sub.

The individuals working were nice enough however, my issue is with the sub itself. I ordered a veggie sub. Bread was fresh, cheese was good but the veggies were of poor quality and actually were frozen. It was so bad that I ordered very little and the individual making my sub gave me very little veggie toppings. I probably should have stated that I was no longer interested in the sub however, it was well past that point in the process so I awkwardly paid and threw it out. I am sorry but I will not be returning nor do I think that SUBWAY is as fresh as it prides itself. Thank you for your time.

Big shoutout to Harshil at this Subway location! He went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was just right. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about getting every detail perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the service and quality. The place was spotless, ingredients were fresh, and the whole vibe was welcoming. Harshil definitely made this a five-star visit—give that man a raise!
