Ordered from this location several times and quite we’re quite impressed with the food. The store space is a bit small, but you can easily take out so not too bad. The service is fairly quick and friendly so you can get your food and enjoy it anyway. Highly recommend!

my self and my coworkers often get wings from here and each time has been excellent and my self and everyone I'm with when ordering from this place would not deny they were satisficed with the food except this one time today oct 18 2024 we ordered the party pack 8 lbs with nachos and loaded fries $176 order i paid $180 and said keep the change and proceeded to walk out i stopped at the door went back to the counter to hear the front counter worker complaining to the cook in the back that if your going to leave a tip at least give 15% tip and then they were surprised i was standing there now if i have to come / drive to your business 20 min drive btw and yes the store cooks my food but that's about it its like McDonald's asking for a tip or the local grocery store asking for a tip i did not dine in i did not have it delivered so where is the entitlement to a 15% or more tip. you job is to cook or be a cashier this kind of made me think like do all business in the food industry expect you to tip their staff for a job they are hired for i mean if i sat in your restaurant and the staff brought me my food and took care of any needs i may have had sure maybe a tip was earned but it wasn't the staff did nothing more than cook my order i felt pretty offended and my coworker was in disbelief that we could hear them clear as day since when did keep the change turn into an entitlement to 15% I mean nearly $200 order if the tip was earned I would have given more than enough i believe if earned it will be awarded not to expect it.

Ordered it at the location, while waiting could hear very clearly people shouting in another language in the kitchen. The dude at the register was chill which made it better. Couldn't see myself eating inside the location but the wings were amazing. Best I've had in a long time. Just order takeout.. The wings and variety of flavours are sooooo good.
Wasn’t too happy with my husbands and i’s experience. We got a pound of wings and had to pay like $2 extra for ranch sauce… and the loaded fries had so much sauce on them it made them soggy right away

This review is mostly based off customer service! Yes the wings are always great however- (didn’t catch the employees name) but the staff member working tonight was absolutely phenomenal. Picked up takeout and took measures to ensure our order was correct, offer a menu, and go Above and beyond. A+ customer service- very friendly, helpful and engaging! Kudos to you!

I placed the order by phone at 335 pm. Was told 15 minutes. We arrived at 355. Paid $92.00 and left a cash tip. We were told the Family Combo would be ready in 7 more minutes. We watched 3 other customers be served and leave. They served the Skip the Dishes people first. It took 55 minutes to finally get our food. They brought out half the order and then 10 minutes later we got the second half. The fries were cold, other parts of the meal was not warm. We said this was not good service and the gentleman said he was sorry. He said it happens. Said he was working for 17 years in customer service. This was my birthday dinner and it was not a good time. I would not recommend this place for food. The restaurant didn’t really seem to care about our issues. Not a place to spend our money. I guess other local restaurants would maybe appreciate the business.
