One of the best Asian small gems in the city! Very recommended
It's the best food in town. Longsilog. Sausages with the garlic fried rice and fried eggs.
Also, she can make a mean fried rice. Pick your protein or veg. Great portions with anything you order. Add an extra fried egg to your fried rice or noodles. Crispy edges. Made with love.
Aunty Joy can cook. I'm telling you.

Tucked away in a quiet little plaza, at First St & 5th Ave, you will find one of Orangeville's best kept secret. Aunty Joy's place is wonderfully busy and rightly so. They have a great menu, with an assortment of dishes to choose from. We went for a classic tofu pad thai, shrimp roll in rice wrap, and classic spring rolls.
What can I say that those few in Orangeville haven't already said. Well, for those of you who dont already know the pad thai was out of this world, fresh, spicy, and delicious. The quantity more than generous one order can feed 3 ppl. The shrimp rolls were also fresh and tasty, with a sweet & salty component coming from the fresh mango once dipped in the peanut sauce.I did not hesitate to return the following day to bring some home and get my family's reaction. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Aunty Joy!!!

Have been coming here for years and the past two times auntie joy has been not happy. Tells you what you want they have to substitute to something cheaper. But you can order seperate. Was a great place to go for almost 10 years but not sure if she’s struggling now or what. From one business owner to the next we would always leave her atleast a 20 dollar tip, not a way to treat customers. Hope you’re still doing well but please treat people better again!

We were a walk in and the owner let us know they were very busy and we would have to wait a bit. We did because we weren't in a hurry. Food was flavourful and the ingredients were fresh. We ordered vegetarian dishes. Worth the wait.
Excellent food….fresh and everything is always really good

Classic Asian/Thai food with a slight twist. The portions are large and generous. If you like it spicy, no problem. Everything is prepared with a touch of old school classic tradition. The service is over the top friendly. You will not find better service anywhere in the food industry. Eat in or take out. Joy's has become a bit of a classic in Orangeville. It has become a piece of the local food and drink tapestry and well established. A great spot to sit down for a meal or grab some take out. The menu is full of gold, you can't go wrong with any of it. Check it out.

I'm assuming the nice old lady cooking and running the place is Auntie Joy. I've been here 6+ times and every single time it's been delicious. She also treats you like a nephew. Great place

We tried Auntie Joy's for lunch today, and it was amazing! We had two Filipino dishes (Pansit Palabok & Crispy Pata) with a couple Vietnamese spring rolls. The lady serving appears to also be cooking the food as well. She was so kind and a pleasure to be served by. Her food was incredibly delicious!!! Check out the pictures....they speak for themselves.
