I usually love bar burrito and have gone to different locations where the portions were all consistent and delicious. I ordered take out for my family tonight and was very disappointed. There was a handful of fries in the extreme fries. Its usually a full container. The falafel on my bowl was so over cooked it wasn't edible. Two out of 4 items we ordered were a let down.

Anytime we have come here the staff is so welcoming, everything is incredibly clean and fresh and overall service is just top tier for a quick food stop! We absolutely love coming to this location and are always pleased with how wonderful is and how they treat our kids too!

Always terrible absolutely terrible service. I truly cannot stand this place. Hygiene is at a minimal.. my son got food poisoning here once.. like an idiot I decided to give them a second chance. Customer service had me waiting for 20 minutes just for fries. When I said something the guy had an absolute attitude and tried to make me look like I was being unreasonable.. heck no. U will find hair and stuff In ur food and unwashed hands after using the bathroom. Do not eat here look at who's serving the food. Absolutely zero manners

I am regular customer of this location and on my last visit one rude customer was talking rubbish to the employee and I was there when this happen and on the next day when I asked employee she said this happen because he don’t want to pay extra for salsa and they even reviewed negatively.
This location has very friendly service and worth for money food

The service was extremely unprofessional — the employees were talking loudly with each other the entire time instead of paying attention to customers. Their behaviour came across as rude and careless, and it felt like they had no interest in providing proper service. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff’s attitude completely ruined the visit. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management seriously addresses the staff’s behaviour and overall customer service.
