The fries and chicken nuggets were not hot. They even made me wait extra minutes for cold fries.
I had the worst experience ever! I drove 1 hours to reach 10:30pm this Burger King and it closes 12AM I asked them for a veggie burger with the kids meal and and they said they donāt have veggie with kids meal burgers unlike other Burger King branches, their behaviour and attitude was VERY rude and disrespectful. They also said the restaurant was closed though it wasnāt, so I donāt recommend this.

As a vegan I know that veggie burgers always take longer to make and that they are made fresh as they arenāt as popular as beef burgers. I purposely order ahead on the app so that I can get the āfastā food experience. The past few times I have done this they do not start making the burger until I arrive which defeats the purpose of me using the app to order ahead. My partner asked about why this is and they mentioned that some people take too long to come and they have to throw the burgers out? The whole reason I order ahead is so it can be ready when I get there, if itās not as hot I can warm it up thatās not a problem for meā¦ it may seem like a minor issue but it is a bit annoying to order ahead and then still have to wait the 20 mins for the burger to be ready. Not sure if there is a way to fix this issue but I would love a solution to this. Otherwise the service is always lovely and the burgers are great! Just inconvenient.

Employee slammed my bag of food for the person at drive thru to serve me. Not sure if those 2 had a problem with each other, but please donāt take it out on my meal. My burger was squished.
