As a vegan I know that veggie burgers always take longer to make and that they are made fresh as they aren’t as popular as beef burgers. I purposely order ahead on the app so that I can get the “fast” food experience. The past few times I have done this they do not start making the burger until I arrive which defeats the purpose of me using the app to order ahead. My partner asked about why this is and they mentioned that some people take too long to come and they have to throw the burgers out? The whole reason I order ahead is so it can be ready when I get there, if it’s not as hot I can warm it up that’s not a problem for me… it may seem like a minor issue but it is a bit annoying to order ahead and then still have to wait the 20 mins for the burger to be ready. Not sure if there is a way to fix this issue but I would love a solution to this. Otherwise the service is always lovely and the burgers are great! Just inconvenient.

I was in the line for around 15 minutes and at the window for another 17 minutes. No one answered on the speaker so I just left after wasting all that time.

Employee slammed my bag of food for the person at drive thru to serve me. Not sure if those 2 had a problem with each other, but please don’t take it out on my meal. My burger was squished.

Everyrime we go here they get my order wrong. Its been 3 out of 3 times. Food is good but the servuce is sub par.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews unless it’s truly warranted—and unfortunately, this experience was one of those times. We were served cold fries and cold sandwiches. When we politely asked for fresh food, the employee responded with a bad attitude and even gave me a dirty look. There was absolutely no sense of customer service.

To make matters worse, when they brought out the “fresh” food, the fries were loaded with an excessive amount of salt—clearly done on purpose. At that point, I didn’t even bother going back in. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and honestly, pathetic. I won’t be returning.

I’d appreciate it if a manager could respond or reach out to me directly this happened on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

20 minutes late on a $25 pickup order. wouldn't even give free mozzarella sticks only fries. Cashier was not helpful and neither was the supervisor

Edit: they also forgot one of two whoppers. Ridiculous

Good service; food has always been nice and hot. Staff is very friendly; Inside is usually a bit dirty but they're always busy so no hard feelings there.

Disappointed.... I repeated our order twice and still they messed it up. $30 for 2 Whopper Jr combos and they still can't get it right...ridiculous! The quality is just not the same anymore.
