It is heard to get a spice level correct. Especially in a town like Orangeville, but going in, you should know their opportions are on the very light side. Their takeout menu did not lend itself to creating a meal, and if I did not ask clarifying questions, we would not have had enough rice. I was very confused why all of their "main meal"/ meat options came with rice, but their vegetarian options did not. Meal for X number of people options are meat heavy and have no vegetarian equipment. Overall, I was disappointed considering what I had heard of this location from others in town. I will recommend trying other opportunities first before trying this restaurant as Orangevilles India opportunities continue to expand.

Don’t order from skip there. 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered 3 bowls of rice and only got 1. Food is good but upset trying feed a family of 4 with one bowl of rice the second time!! Really upset now

We’re staying in the area for the summer, my brother came to visit from Victoria, BC and loves Indian food. It was close to his birthday so I looked and found Coriander Kitchen in Orangeville with great reviews. We ordered a selection of different items. Ordered: Tandoori chicken, butter chicken, curry chicken & potato, lamb biriyani, vegetable pakora, garlic naan & peshwari naan & raita. It was all amazing & very tasty. We all loved it! I had a craving for this cuisine again, my husband and I ordered tandoori chicken, chicken potato curry & peshwari naan - it’s so good with raisins & almonds in it. Those items were our favourites from when we ordered before. Definitely a go to for Indian cuisine & also friendly on phone and picking up order.
Love this place! Highly recommend the set meal for 2 and 3. Portions are generous and food is delicious! Everyone is always polite and courteous when picking up takeout.

I am not impressed at all. Channa Masala was ordered . Just they had added Red chilly powder nothing else. Asked for Garlic Nan. Was given a regular one. The previous owner was the best I was told by locals. Pricey as well.

Tried it for the first and I'll definitely be going back. They have a legit tandoor. Naan was proper and the chicken tikka and rice were delicious. Very clean flavours.
