At least once a week I get Fat Bastard Burrito and this location is the best.

Horrible Service! There was 1 lady working around 1200 - 1230, she was putting so much less toppings had to tell her couple of times. I have been to lot of FBB stores never experienced this. She was on airpods and inspite of calling her multiple times she didn’t listen. Wont recommend coming to this store. Very poor service

Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.

It was my second time there since opening not to impressed sauces were watered down by the time I opened my burrito it was swimming in buffalo and sour cream sauce food was good just so watered down
Also had the waffle fries fully loaded they were cold

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

I’m a regular here, and usually the experience is just fine, but one lady that works here doesnt serve at 10:30 because they’re “closing” when they don’t close till 11.

Ordered through skip. Wanted more shrimp to my shrimp Taco. Can barely find the shrimp and its rubbery as if they just thawed it out then put it in the shell. No filling except Lettuce and a shit ton of hot sauce. Asked for mild beef tacos for my child...guess mild isn't a thing. No sour cream..came with sour cream. Burrito with chicken was also ordered. Refrined beans tasted like an old man's shoe. Not ordering from here again. Guess that's what you get from ordering through a chain restaurant

Very good meat and toppings

Ordered 3 burritos. None were labelled for the third time. Paid extra for the sweet potato and didn’t receive any. Frustrating since this continues to happen at the Lindsay location.
