Firehouse Subs Orangeville

The best Firehouse location I have been to. It’s clean, service is good, and the food is excellent. I have found myself quite fond of the steak and cheese.

At this point I’ve had every sandwich they sell, and have not been disappointed once. The subs are addictive to be frank.

I’ve come here almost once a week for like, 3 or so years, which averages to about $3000 in sandwiches. No, I don’t regret it. By the time they hand me my sandwich, I’m about halfway finished with it so I can’t take any pictures to share here.

I think I have spent about $900 before tax on their sandwiches this year, so do with that information what you will.

Used to be amazing! Now its really not good! Last 3 visits have been poor to say the least! This wed i stopped in for a meatball sub and it was horrible... meat was hard as rocks i was so pissed....I will not return...sad actually... I used to love this place!

Went in to this location for the very first time last night and I have to say, from the moment I walked in, the service was top tier. The guy at the counter gave me some great recommendations since I had never had a firehouse sub before. I had the Italian and the quality of freshness was 10/10. The flavors were amazing and the bread was crispy and toasty. Everything was delicious. The device was fast and efficient. They even cut my sub 3 ways so I could split it with my husband and 5 year old daughter. We live in BC but we are here for vacation visiting some family and we will be back before we head back home. Highly recommend if you're coming through the Orangeville area!

Stopped in for lunch today, and I can honestly say I have never seen a firehouse sub franchise that is so poorly cleaned. There wasn’t one surface in the entire storefront that had been cleaned. All of the tables were dirty. I had to push dirt onto the floor to sit down, the walls were caked in dust, the fire tools on the wall had a thick layer of dust. The washrooms were filthy, the area where you get a lid and throw your garbage away. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in about three days and the floors were disgusting. Do they not have enough employees there that one person can be in charge of upkeep in the front of their restaurant? Food is not always the most important thing. People need to feel comfortable that they’re eating in a clean environment, and this firehouse sub definitely gets a failing grade.

Great service at Firehouse Subs! The staff seemed to really enjoy their work and provided friendly, attentive service. The venue was clean, and the subs were fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be back!

I called in my order, the young man wrote it down because the computer's where down. When I went in nobody knew where my order was. Then this young man started to make my order when I noticed he didn't have a hair net on his head or face and when i said something he gave me attitude. I'm not interested in eating food made by punks with long facial hair and no hair nets. If you're working with food, hair nets are a must.i won't be back at this location.

I ordered a turkey bacon ranch from skip the dishes only to find that my food had half a bottle of ranch on it and the food was barely able to stay together , well it didn’t stay together as soon as I picked it up ranch soaked the entire container ,idk what the staff is doing at this place but it is a complete waste of money do not order from here.

Love this restaurant!!! Such good food options; all of which fill me up and taste fantastic!!! I always leave feeling full and also feel like it’s good value for money!! Give the brisket a try, I 100% recommend!!
