Firehouse Subs Orangeville

Like they said in the 80's where's the Beef? Like what happened to the pile of beef??? It had more disgusting sauce then it had Beef. To top it off they were out of cherry drink. I will not be going back!! I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone to eat there. What a disappointment!!

always an excellent sub... DON'T care for the pickle or the drippy pickle juice that gets on the sub so i always order with NO PICKLE. and its fine.

.. I've been eating subs for a long time.. a chicken caesar at Subway is now 26 bucks.. I had a cheese steak sub at firehouse.. absolutely delish.. seriously I think the best Sub I've ever eaten.. 27 bucks for the $2 tip for the guys in red

Had a issue with my order due to allergies. Very pleased with the fact that one of the manager followed up sn tried to fix the issue. Great food an customer service.

I called to place an order for pickup for a delivery service, got put on hold after 5 min I proceeded to drive to the restaurant. I was still on hold when I arrived after 12 minutes. . I get told it was busy and the guy must have forgotten he put me on hold. There were no customers waiting on food.
This is not acceptable for a business to ignore potential customers. If it wasn't for a customer delivery, I would've gone somewhere else. This location needs to do better.
