I ordered the personal platter, which included beef/broccoli, chicken balls, chicken fried rice, and shrimp. Overall it wasn’t bad, cooked well. I thought the food was cooked well. Portion size was great. The chicken balls and shrimp were very breaded, I’d prefer a bit less personally. My biggest complaint would be lack of protein. I probably only had a few strands of beef and lots of broccoli as you can see in the picture, perhaps about 5 small strands of beef vs lots of large chunks of broccoli so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise food was warm, I received it quickly, easy to order, and customer rep was kind to me.

Great food ,good prices,think servers can do better job at bringing food ,serviettes etc to table,seems like they just dump it onto table !!!! there are tables in there so like any other eat in they should serve you .they want you to i Pay as you order as you go in , they then bring you your meal ??? Seems very cold service for a place that has great food bit of a turnoff .

I just had a strange experience while trying to place a takeout order. When I called the restaurant, the young attendant told me he couldn’t take my order due to a “bad history.” Confused, I asked what he meant, as I’ve only ordered from this restaurant a handful of times in the past ten years and have no idea what he’s talking about. He simply said, “Sorry, can’t help you,” and ended the call.
I frequent many well-known establishments in Orangeville and have great relationships with their owners and staff. I have never been refused service before—this is completely absurd. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handle their business. Is this really how we’re treating customers now?
