Food is always amazing and the staff are generally really pleasant (other than busy holidays but to be expected) They also offer out of town delivery (for a few of course) which makes it really convenient for me.

Great food ,good prices,think servers can do better job at bringing food ,serviettes etc to table,seems like they just dump it onto table !!!! there are tables in there so like any other eat in they should serve you .they want you to i Pay as you order as you go in , they then bring you your meal ??? Seems very cold service for a place that has great food bit of a turnoff .

Looking for food Chinese food then this is the place. We normally try take away here. The container used by them somehow keeps food warm for a long time. The quantity is pretty good and most importantly the consistent taste. If you are near Orangeville, try this place out

Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Food has always been great, never dined in, always take out and it’s holds up very well for the longer drive back home. This is the best Chinese style restaurant in Orangeville, without a doubt.

I just had a strange experience while trying to place a takeout order. When I called the restaurant, the young attendant told me he couldn’t take my order due to a “bad history.” Confused, I asked what he meant, as I’ve only ordered from this restaurant a handful of times in the past ten years and have no idea what he’s talking about. He simply said, “Sorry, can’t help you,” and ended the call.
I frequent many well-known establishments in Orangeville and have great relationships with their owners and staff. I have never been refused service before—this is completely absurd. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handle their business. Is this really how we’re treating customers now?

Eating in was awesome, but when ordered take out, they forgot the sweat and sour suace they offered a 2 orders of chicken balls but don't order out that often so not sure how or when will get

Was told 45 minutes came 50 minutes from time for pick up, couldn’t find our phone #, finally sorted that out to discover, oh we haven’t started the order yet, we’ll start it now. 30 minutes later still not ready :-( Felt like we were inconveniencing them. Really sad to leave this review, we used to like Guest Wok in Orangeville and hadn’t been for a while. $65 for family 3 combo ouch 😣 ……the service was not good. Food is pretty good, not as good as I remember. For future gonna plan to make the trip to Mandarin, cost a bit more without the trouble.

Always bang on. They don't mind minor change requests. Try Beef & Broccoli, with spicy Chicken Chow mein instead of rice! Tell them what you want, they will price it, and make it. Smashing.
